DALLAS — The Mavericks' 13-point lead had been sliced to one when the home crowd broke into the first "Fire Nico!" chants amid a surreal Monday night at the American Airlines Center.

The fans' calls for embattled general manager Nico Harrison's termination occurred multiple times throughout the fourth quarter, overshadowing No. 1 pick Cooper Flagg's career-high 26-point performance and the Milwaukee Bucks' 116-114 comeback win that dropped Dallas to 3-8.

The chant, which has been heard frequently at Mavs home games since the controversial Luka Doncic trade in February, first echoed throughout the arena during Dallas forward P.J. Washington's trip to the free throw line with 7:07 remaining. It was repeated during four Mavs trips to the line down the stretch, the final chant occurring after Washington missed the second of three free throw attempts with 1.2 seconds remaining and a chance to send the game into overtime.

Dallas Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison has been fired, it was announced Tuesday.

The decision was made after a Tuesday morning meeting between Harrison and team governor Patrick Dumont, sources told ESPN.

"This decision reflects our continued commitment to building a championship-caliber organization, one that delivers for our players, our partners, and most importantly, our fans," Dumont said in a statement.

Assistant general managers Michael Finley and Matt Riccardi have been promoted to lead the Mavs' basketball operations department on an interim basis.

Harrison has been under fire from Mavericks fans since he stunningly traded Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers on Feb. 2, months removed from the then-25-year-old five-time first-team All-NBA selection leading the franchise to an NBA Finals appearance.

CoreWeave CEO responds to data center delays as stock plunges. Core Scientific shares fall

CoreWeave shares sank 13% on Tuesday after CEO Mike IntratorÂ addressed delays at a third-party data center developer that hit full-year guidance in its latest earnings report.

"Quite frankly, every single part of this quarter went exactly as we planned, except for one delay at a singular data center," IntratorÂ told CNBC's "Squawk on the Street" on Tuesday.

He then clarified that a "singular data center provider" is more accurate.

Oxfordshire TikTok creator 'so sorry' over cancer diagnosis lie

A TikTok influencer has been forced to apologise, after admitting that she had previously lied about being diagnosed with cancer.

Brittany Miller, who is originally from Oxfordshire, is known for posting food and lifestyle content to her three-and-a-half-million followers on the platform.

But the 29-year-old recently came under fire on the app, after material seeming to show a fundraising page claiming she had been diagnosed with gastric cancer went viral.

In a video posted on social media on Monday, Ms Miller admitted to lying about the diagnosis and said it came from "one stupid sentence that I deeply regret".

"I said something to someone within my immediate circle in confidence. I said I had an illness, which was cancer," she said in the emotional post.

Priced from $45,990 plus on-road costs for the entry-level GX 2WD, the cost of entry to the RAV4 range has climbed by $3730 compared with the current model thanks to extra standard features.

As announced in September 2025, the Australian lineup for the new RAV4 has grown with the addition of new plug-in hybrid models, including the top-spec GR Sport. The entry-level GX and second-tier GXL continue as before, but the former top-spec Edge is now a mid-spec grade, with the XSE and Cruiser sitting above it. The GR Sport, Edge and XSE Hybrid are equipped with all-wheel drive as standard, with every other model also available as a front-driver.

Big News: First Ever XRP ETF Cleared for Nasdaq Listing This Week

The Canary XRP ETF has officially been approved for listing on the Nasdaq, becoming the first ever XRP exchange-traded fund (ETF) to get SEC registration. According to reports, the ETF was automatically approved after the issuer filed a Form 8-A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The filing, signed by Canary Capital Group CEO Steven McClurg on November 10, 2025, confirms that the ETF’s shares are registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and will trade under the ticker “XRPC.” This means the long-awaited XRP fund could begin trading in just a few days.

According to the SEC document, the ETF’s shares are registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, with the Nasdaq designated as the official trading venue. The registration refers back to the Form S-1 filing submitted on October 24, 2025, which outlined the trust’s structure and investment approach.

XRP Surges 12% as 11 ETFs Land on DTCC Website

While DTCC inclusion doesn't guarantee regulatory approval, it confirms the trading infrastructure is operational.

Canary Capital announced Friday that its XRP ETF is coming soon. Geraci speculated the product could go live by week's end, potentially becoming one of the first XRP investment vehicles available through traditional brokerage accounts for both institutional and retail investors.

The 21Shares fund would become the first XRP exchange-traded product and fourth altcoin ETP launched under the Act of 1933. Spot Bitcoin and Ether ETFs received approval under the same framework but were listed under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which requires different exchange oversight.

At least 16 crypto ETF applications await approval, all delayed by the 40-day shutdown. The resumption of regulatory review processes is expected to accelerate decisions, potentially unlocking multiple new digital asset investment products.
