She gave her Instagram followers a glimpse inside the glamorous celebrations, sharing snaps of the hot pink decorations, party accessories and three custom made birthday cakes.

The Rhode founder attended her close friend’s birthday bash Friday, and reposted a wild shot of herself licking a female friend’s backside on her Instagram Stories.

The original shot was posted by influencer Devon Lee Carlson, and shows Bieber bent down and licking her friend’s left side while wearing a tiara, as the friend — whose face isn’t shown — is bent over a marble counter and holds a drink.

The friend’s hot pink sparkly thong was visible thanks to her low-rise jeans and crop top.

When King Charles sat down with his official biographer, Jonathan Dimbleby, in the early '90s, he divulged more than Prince Philip thought was appropriate, according to one royal author. Gyles Brandreth, who has been a friend of the Royal Family for decades, shared that the late Duke of Edinburgh wasn't thrilled about some of the comments the then-Prince of Wales allowed Dimbleby to publish—specifically about Charles's childhood.

Brandreth worked alongside Prince Philip for years at one of the royal's first charities he took on, Fields in Trust, and wrote that the late duke found Charles to be "self-indulgent" and thought his eldest son complained too much. "He felt he spent too much time thinking about himself, feeling sorry for himself, brooding about how tough it was to be the Prince of Wales," Brandreth added.

Within the first 10 minutes of My Brilliant Career, Netflixâs new adaptation of the classic Australian novel by Miles Franklin, thereâs smutty performance poetry and a Divinyls needle drop that suggests itâs not going to be your standard turn-of-the-century period drama. By the end of the first episode â in which our teen heroine, Sybylla Melvin, pops a squat for a bush wee and flashes her knickers at a drawing room full of toffs while dancing to a Rod Stewart cover â you sense that anything could happen. And yet somehow, the alfresco fingerbang later in the series still surprises.

You haven’t seen this Australian classic quite like this before

Just a month ago, Netflix’s adaptation of Little House on the Prairie flamed the culture wars with its more inclusive take on the beloved semi-autobiographical stories by Laura Ingalls Wilder about life as a US pioneer in the 1800s.

The streamer’s take on Australian classic My Brilliant Career also introduces fresh perspectives and storylines, including Indigenous, Chinese-Australian and queer characters who certainly weren’t present in Miles Franklin’s landmark 1901 novel, or the 1979 film by Gillian Armstrong starring Judy Davis and Sam Neill. The 2024 stage musical’s diverse cast added room for interpretation, though this is far more explicit.

It’s always a tricky proposition, bringing a beloved novel to the small screen. There will always be viewers who take umbrage with the way their favourite book has been adapted. The characters may not look the way they should, key elements may have been left out: the hero or heroine might appear too modern, have too much hair; be not quite pretty enough — there’s always something.

With all this in mind, it will be interesting to see what audiences make of this adaptation of Miles Franklin’s beloved novel of the same name from 1901.

The text has long been studied in classrooms, but most will probably remember it from Gillian Armstrong’s much-loved 1979 film, which starred Judy Davis and a very smouldering Sam Neill.

Don Nelson, legendary coach and five-time NBA champion as player, dies at 86

Don Nelson, the second-winningest coach in NBA history who won five championships as a player with the Boston Celtics, died on Sunday. He was 86.

He went to the conference finals three times with the Bucks and once with the Mavericks, although he never won an NBA title as a coach.

RBA interest rate relief this week could be brief as Australians told to 'buckle up'

After better than expected inflation data, most economists are expecting the Reserve Bank to hold rates steady when it meets this coming week. But borrowers are being warned not to be lulled into a false sense of security.

While household spending remains surprisingly resilient, and domestic driven parts of the CPI basket continue to run much to hot, a small minority of experts think the RBA could defy expectations on Tuesday and hike rates.

A majority of experts polled by consumer site Finder found more than 90 per cent expect a hold. Only three of the 38 believe we are in for a hike this week.

Mortgage holders will likely be able to breathe a sigh of relief with the Reserve Bank largely tipped to keep interest rates on hold.

Governor Michele Bullock and the central bank's board will meet on Monday and Tuesday, with economists forecasting the cash rate to stay at 4.35 per cent.

The prediction follows a surprise fall in inflation, despite it still being well above the bank's target band of two to three per cent.

An increase weeks before the start of the spring selling season would draw a much clearer line between monetary policy and the troubles in our housing markets.

I expect to see the Reserve Bank monetary policy board, with a 4-3 vote, increase the cash rate by 0.25 of a percentage point on Tuesday.

A rate rise would serve a number of purposes, amplified by the very low probability markets are putting on a move.

Greyhound racing in Wales may be facing a total ban but the equine equivalent is enjoying a boom and the country’s most famous track at Chepstow celebrated its centenary this week.

Conca D’Oro won the first race run there on 6 August, 1926, and since then the racecourse has hosted many great days, and not just over fences since National Hunt racing arrived in 1927 just months after the 370-acre estate had opened for business.

Chepstow is best known for the Welsh Grand National run every year during the Christmas holidays but the 20th century great Sir Gordon Richards famously rode 11 consecutive winners on the Flat over a two-day meeting in 1933.
