Live Nation Promises to Relocate Backstreet Boys Fans After Obstructed-View Ticket Controversy
Home » Live Nation Promises to Relocate Backstreet Boys Fans After Obstructed-View Ticket Controversy
Live Nation has promised to relocate Backstreet Boys fans who purchased tickets through official Ticketmaster presales for the group’s upcoming Toronto residency, only to discover that their expensive seats were subsequently identified as having obstructed views.
The problems have prompted complaints from fans who spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on tickets that were not labeled as obstructed when purchased. Some customers later discovered that comparable seats for other performances were being sold at significantly lower prices, with warnings about partially blocked views that had not appeared during the initial presales.
