Queensland’s key civil construction union raised concerns with former Labor ministers and public servants about the legality of major infrastructure procurement policies, an inquiry has heard.
Australian Workers’ Union state secretary Stacey Schinnerl also identified the previously unnamed CFMEU official who had a close personal relationship with a regulator’s employee.
