Beauty giant confirms permanent exit from all Westfield shopping centres

Fan-favourite cosmetics retailer Lush is set to depart all Westfield shopping centres nationwide.

The handmade cosmetics brand, globally renowned for its fresh bath bombs and ethical stance, will no longer operate inside Westfield shopping centres as store leases expire.

The exit marks a major shift in the company’s Australian retail footprint, ending a long-standing presence inside the country’s largest shopping centre network.

A spokesperson for the bath bomb giant told nine.com.au it’s future focus would be on “serving local communities in the right locations”.

First reported in Politico and later confirmed by the Pentagon, the shipment of components from Australia was bound for the United States for repairs before it was rerouted to Hong Kong and disappeared.

The shipment reportedly included an F-35 canopy, which is covered in a sensitive radar-absorbent material that degrades over time and requires subsequent repair or replacement. The nature of prior generations of radar-resistant canopy materials, such as gold used on the F-16 fighter jets from the late 1980s, were classified.

Australia does not possess a facility capable of repairing the canopies for the RAAF’s fleet of 72 F-35 fighters.

North West confirms first headline tour has been scrapped

North West has confirmed that her first headline tour with rapper Molly Santana has been called off, with multiple scheduled dates disappearing from ticketing sites.
