LAS VEGAS — The Magic have a plan for how to slow down Jalen Brunson.
“We try to get physical with every team, every player, but definitely star guards,” Anthony Black told The Post after practice Friday. “So definitely try to make it tough on him. Get into his jersey and see how he responds.”
In the last matchup against the Magic — a 106-100 Knicks win last week — Brunson had 30 points and nine assists.
He also took 12 free throws, the second most he has in a game this year. In the first matchup between the teams this year — a 124-107 Knicks loss last month — Brunson took 13 free throws, tied for the most he has taken in a game this year.
