Charles Leclerc is set for his second visit of the day to the FIA stewards' room after being placed under investigation following a first-practice incident in Monaco.

The Monegasque first visited the stewards ahead of the opening session of the Monaco Grand Prix for arriving late to Thursday's press conference, as did Lando Norris.

Both Ferrari and McLaren received €5,000 fines, although they were suspended for 12 months unless a repeat offence occurred.

Now, Leclerc is set for a second trip to the stewards after being placed under investigation for impeding Liam Lawson during first practice, a session the home hero topped.

U.S. car manufacturers have learned a valuable lesson about electric vehicles over the past couple of years: American consumers don't like expensive EVs.

That's why Ford is still pushing hard for EVs despite the $19.5 billion in losses it was recently forced to write down in its electric vehicle division. The company says its entire strategy is out of whack and that EVs under $30,000, like those built by Chinese automakers, such as NIO, are the future.

Luxury Italian automaker Ferrari (RACE) didn't get that memo. The company's stock tanked 4.3% shortly after the opening on Tuesday morning as investors digested Luce, its upcoming EV offering.

Ferrari are calling it their “next-generation sports car” and without question it draws a line in the sand between their traditional business and the future EV range, but the Ferrari Luce isn’t replacing any existing Ferrari, it’s part of growing the brand into the future.

This really is something different – like we’ve not seen from Ferrari, expected really when you turn to Sir Jony Ive and Marc Newson instead of a traditional car designing firm.

Powered by four electric engines – one on each wheel the Ferrai Luce will go 0-100 in 2.5 seconds, making it worthy of that Prancing Horse logo for sure.
