    Olivia Rodrigo Leaves One of Her Idol’s ‘Mind Blown’ With A Cappella ‘I’ll Be Home for Christmas’ Cover

    The pop star teamed up with Jacob Collier for the festive performance.

    Olivia Rodrigo and Jacob Collier just surprised fans with an early Christmas present, sharing an a cappella cover of a Christmas classic with harmonies so rich, even one of the Gen Z pop star’s biggest heroes couldn’t believe their ears.

    In a video posted by Collier on Monday (Dec. 8), Rodrigo kicks things off by saying with a hand heart, “Hi, Jacob! How’s this?”

    She then launches into a soft, pitch-perfect rendition of Bing Crosby’s holiday classic “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” which dates back to the 1940s but only recently reached a peak of No. 50 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2021. Rodrigo’s video is quickly surrounded by numerous clips of the English musical genius singing backup vocals, layered together to create perfect, breathtaking harmonies.

    Watch out, Mariah Carey, there’s a new generation of pop stars showing they can stand with the best of them in the holiday music scene. 

    Olivia Rodrigo and Jacob Collier surprised fans with an a cappella duet of Bing Crosby’s classic “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” featuring Rodrigo’s vocals teaming up with Collier’s harmonies, in a post to Instagram.

    Fans were stunned by the performance. In fact, even Sheryl Crow commented, “Ok MIND BLOWN” on the post.

    Aaron Rodgers leaves Bengals-Steelers game with hand injury

    Aaron Rodgers left Sunday's game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals with an injury to his left hand.

    The Steelers quarterback was seen grimacing while holding his wrist before halftime. He left the game in the third quarter, and backup Mason Rudolph took over at quarterback as Pittsburgh held a 10-9 lead.

    The Steelers listed Rodgers as questionable to return. The precise nature of his injury was not clear.

    Rudolph led the Steelers to a field-goal drive for a 13-9 lead late in the third quarter on his first possession at quarterback.

    Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffered a left hand injury on a hit by multiple Cincinnati Bengals late in the second quarter of the team's NFL Week 11 game at Acrisure Stadium.

    Rodgers was replaced by backup Mason Rudolph on the Steelers' first drive of the second half.

    "He's grabbing his left elbow," CBS analyst Trent Green said after Rodgers was hit. "He's grabbing that left wrist. Something doesn't feel good on that left side."

    Rodgers remained in the game for one play, but went to the locker room early for halftime.

    "He's being evaluated as we speak," Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin told CBS sideline reporter Melanie Collins before the start of the second half. "We're hopeful (but) … we better get Mason Rudolph ready to go."

    Aaron Rodgers injury update: Steelers QB hurts left wrist vs. Bengals

    Aaron Rodgers is the latest one to fall victim to one as the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback suffered a left hand injury against the Cincinnati Bengals, according to the Steelers.

    He was seen grabbing the wrist late in the first half after taking a hit. Head coach Mike Tomlin told the CBS broadcast after halftime that Rodgers was being evaluated for the injury.

    Rodgers suffered a left hand injury against the Bengals and is questionable to return.

    Rudolph was seen warming up prior to the second half and replaced Rodgers on the Steelers' first drive in the third quarter.

    When asked about Rodgers' ability to return to the contest, Tomlin said, "We're hopeful but we better get Mason Rudolph ready to go."
