    Why Joe Keery Dressed as His ‘Stranger Things’ Character to Officiate Wedding

    “Amy Parris, who does costumes for the show, lent me the costume,” the actor said before explaining why he dressed as Steve Harrington.

    After a photo of Joe Keery officiating a wedding in his Stranger Things character’s costume went viral, he is opening up about how that came to be.

    While appearing on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, the actor confirmed that he did in fact wear his real Scoops Ahoy costume to officiate his friend’s wedding. However, he reiterated that wedding guests were actually all in costume.

    “I was on tour earlier this year, and Matt and Veronica, who are in this picture, they’re getting married,” he said. “Veronica was like, ‘I think it’d be great. It’s a costume wedding. It’s Halloween. You should go as [Steve].’”

    It’s safe to say Noah Schnapp is in his feels because Stranger Things isn’t the only thing coming to an end.

    As the fifth and final season of the hit Netflix show approaches, the 21-year-old actor is preparing to part ways with a character who has been with him for a decade. Schnapp made his debut as Will Byers in season one in 2016. He admits he was “just playing myself” in the beginning: “I was that shy, timid little boy.”

    It's been three and a half years since Stranger Things season four was released, and fans have been waiting with bated breath ever since to find out what happens in the final instalment of Netflix's science fiction drama.     There has been a lot of speculation around the show's ending, and stars Finn Wolfhard and Caleb McLaughlin told Yahoo Lifestyle what it was like finding out before anyone else.

    "There were a lot of different reactions, I mean they were all positive, but a lot of emotions," Finn, who plays Mike Wheeler on the show, said after reading the script for the first time.

    There are many questions that should finally be answered when season five of Netflix’s smash-hit series Stranger Things drops next week. But perhaps the biggest of them all is, simply, do people still care?

    Netflix’s ‘Stranger Things’ Drops an Action-Packed Final Trailer for Season 5

    The sci-fi fantasy hit released new footage from the first part of the show's final season.

    The Hawkins crew is springing into action in the third and final trailer for the long-awaited new season of Stranger Things.

    The new footage from Vol. 1 of the fifth-and-final season — which drops next week on Netflix — has the gang joining together to do battle with interdimensional monsters.

    The new season will be released in three parts, all around holiday weekends: Volume 1 on Nov. 26 (consisting of four episodes), Volume 2 on Christmas (three episodes) and The Finale on New Year’s Eve. Each will drop at 5 p.m. PT.
