    UK rapper Yung Filly found not guilty of raping woman after Australian show

    UK rapper Yung Filly has been found not guilty of raping a fan after performing at a nightclub in Australia in 2024.

    The YouTuber, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, had been accused of sexually assaulting the woman, then 20 years old, in his hotel room after he performed in Hillarys, a coastal suburb of Perth.

    On Friday a jury found him not guilty for three counts of sexual penetration without consent.

    But the jury could not come to a decision on three other counts of the same charge.

    Barrientos was also found not guilty for one count of assault occasioning bodily harm and also for strangulation.

    UK YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly has been acquitted of raping a young fan after a concert in Perth, but could face a retrial after a jury was unable to agree on three further counts of rape.

    But the entertainer, real name Andres Barrientos, 30, was found guilty of two counts of assault causing bodily harm.

    He has not been able to leave Australia without court permission since being charged with the violent sexual assault of the 20-year-old woman in a hotel after a nightclub concert in 2024.

    A British YouTuber and musician bit and slapped a young female fan while he was raping her after a gig in Western Australia, a court has been told.

    Yung Filly, 30, has pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexually penetrating a 20-year-old woman without consent in a Perth hotel room in September 2024.

    The rapper, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, also denies impeding the woman’s breathing by applying pressure to her neck and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.

    A Perth court has heard details of how a British YouTube personality who has millions of social media followers allegedly violently sexually assaulted a young fan.

    Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, better known as Yung Filly, is charged with six counts of sexual penetration without consent, among other alleged offences.

    On the first day of his trial, the court heard the woman was subjected to repeated and increasingly violent sexual assaults in a hotel room, after attending a nightclub show he hosted.

    UK rapper Yung Filly goes on trial accused of sexually assaulting fan after Perth show

    A young Perth woman claims she was bitten, slapped, strangled and raped by her celebrity crush – British musician, presenter and comedian Yung Filly – after she was invited back to his hotel following a concert two years ago.

    On day one of his trial, the 30-year-old entertainer, real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, watched on as a District Court jury were faced with confronting details of his alleged assault of a 20-year-old fan after a gig at Hillarys nightclub Bar1 in September 2024.

    Barrientos denies the allegations and will face a 10-day trial, which will be made up largely of the in-person testimony of a woman who claims “a fun night” turned into her worst nightmare when consensual sex turned violent.
