    Ros Atkins on…unanswered Andrew questions

Since the US Department of Justice released a vast tranche of files about the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, there have been a series of new allegations about the extent of the relationship between the billionaire financier and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

And questions have also been mounting over the way Buckingham Palace has responded to the various accusations against the King's brother. The BBC's Analysis Editor Ros Atkins takes a look.

Two years after the 7 October attacks, dozens of hostages remain in Hamas captivity. BBC Verify has been examining what we know about them.

The BBC's analysis editor looks at a decision that leading Democrats have called "an abuse of power".

‘It Was Soul Crushing.’ Amber Glenn Opens Up About Her Disappointing Olympic Short Program

Amber Glenn of the United States reacts after performing in the women's figure skating short program at the Milan Cortina Olympics on Feb. 17, 2026.

Amber Glenn, who is making her Olympic debut at the Milano Cortina Games, is fighting to preserve the joy of her experience.

A fierce advocate of mental health and LGBTQ rights, Glenn was only one of two skaters to land a triple axel in the women’s short program on Feb. 17. Normally that would be enough to put her within shouting distance of a medal. (The other skater to land one, Japan’s Ami Nakai, leads the women going into the final.) Skating to Madonna’s “Like a Prayer,” Glenn then performed her triple jump-triple jump combination.

CNN Host Skewers MAGA Guest After On-Air Meltdown

CNN’s Abby Phillip cut one of her MAGA-friendly guests down to size on Tuesday night after an outburst during their panel discussion.

Following a heated conversation on Tuesday night’s episode of NewsNight with Abby Phillip, which featured clashes between panellists on the subject of ICE’s tactics in Minneapolis, Phillip asked Canadian businessman Kevin O’Leary if he had a quick last word before they ended the show.

“Oh, wow. My last word is: You’re all nuts,” the former Shark Tank star said.

“We gotta keep it together here. There’s a way to talk about these things. If you don’t have anything to say, just say that and I won’t come to you next time,” Phillip fired back.

An Olympic legend unwittingly mentored her future rival. It was 12-year-old Indra Brown

At the time of the last Winter Olympics, 16-year-old Indra Brown had never even been in a halfpipe.

Despite skiing for nearly a decade, Brown had not yet tried the massive, U-shaped ramp largely because of a global lack of access; full-sized competitive halfpipes are rarely constructed because of the specialised infrastructure and perfect snow conditions they require.

Back home in Melbourne, true halfpipes are virtually non-existent, but that changed at age 12 when Brown's family relocated to Canada.

Australia teenager Ally Hickman feels brunt of horror fall in Winter Olympics snowboard final

16-year-old seventh in women’s slopestyle as Mari Fukada wins gold

Ally Hickman has suffered a bruised sternum after the Australian snowboarding teen took a nasty fall in the women’s slopestyle Olympic final, where she still finished an admirable seventh.

Aged just 16, the Sydney schoolgirl was in fourth spot after the first of three runs in the final at Livigno Snow Park on Wednesday, awarded a score of 67.70 for her performance navigating three rails and three jumps down the mountain course.

But the Olympic debutant fell during her second run, injuring her sternum, and was unable to improve on her score. While Hickman was cleared to compete in her third run, she had a further fall at the last jump which again jarred the injury.

W 2025 r. prawdopodobnie zbliżył się on do 60 proc. PKB, w porównaniu do niespełna 50 proc. PKB na koniec 2023 r. W tym okresie w UE tylko Finlandia odnotowała minimalnie większy wzrost zadłużenia sektora finansów publicznych: o 11 pkt proc. PKB.

Trwa fiesta na rynku polskiego długu. Czy warto brać udział w obligacyjnej hossie?

Polski rynek długu bije kolejne rekordy i ustanawia nowe
„kamienie milowe”. Jednakże obserwując niesłabnące pożądanie polskich
inwestorów na papiery przynoszące stały dochód, trudno zignorować kilka
    przynajmniej pomarańczowych lampek ostrzegawczych.

Polacy pokochali obligacje. I to praktycznie w każdej
    formie. W
2025 roku na detaliczne obligacje Skarbu Państwa wydali prawie 75 miliardów
złotych. Wprawdzie to nieco mniej niż w rekordowym 2024 roku (82,6 mld zł),

FTC Lawsuit Against Ticketmaster Poised to Revolutionize Concert Ticket Sales

In a significant move that could reshape the concert ticketing landscape, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has filed a lawsuit against Ticketmaster and its parent company, Live Nation Entertainment. This legal action, initiated in September 2025, is backed by seven U.S. states and centers around allegations of illegal ticket resale practices.

The FTC’s lawsuit claims that Ticketmaster has engaged in deceptive practices detrimental to both consumers and artists. Central to the complaint are accusations of illegal ticket resale practices, leading to inflated prices that ordinary fans cannot afford.

The FTC alleges that Ticketmaster allowed brokers to exploit its platform by purchasing large quantities of tickets beyond specified limits. These brokers reportedly utilized bots and created multiple fake accounts to acquire tickets from the primary market. Consequently, fans miss the opportunity to buy tickets at face value and instead face exorbitant resale prices.

Peter Malinauskas announced that the MotoGP will be moved to Adelaide from 2027. (ABC News: Che Chorley)

When Adelaideans last heard the thunderous roar of Formula 1 drivers zipping through the city's east-end, you could ride the Jazz Junction at Dazzeland, David Jones had in-store pianists, Planet Nightclub was the place to be and this reporter was still in nappies.

It was November 1995, and 210,000 fans flocked to the Grand Prix racetrack to bid a final farewell to an event which, in the 11 years it was hosted in Adelaide, became synonymous with the city and its people.

The Australian Grand Prix was a hot ticket in Adelaide in the 1980s and early 1990s, with fans keen to watch the action on the city street circuit. (Getty Images: Pascal Rondeau)

‘Like no other’: What new MotoGP track will really be like… and how ‘dumbfounding’ deal came to life

As MotoGP riders go hurtling down Adelaide’s streets — mere metres from concrete barriers and at nearly 350km/h — they will do so with firm assurances that the track is perfectly safe.

For casual fans of the category, in which riders are flung from their bikes and thrown to the ground at scary speeds, that may come as a surprise.
