Since then, the man in the photos has been identified as John “Shrek” McPhee. He is the same age as Jayne (54), and they’ve been seeing each other ever since. At the time the photos were taken, though, things were still very new in the relationship.
“I met someone, and we went out on two dates, and then we went to get a manicure-pedicure,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said on her Diamonds in the Rough podcast in July 2025.
