Controversial MAFS 2026 Bride Brook Crompton Reveals Why She Skipped This Year's Reunion

The Married At First Sight (MAFS) Reunion has yet to land on our screens, but the drama has already rolled around with Brook Crompton revealing why she skipped the big finale.

Every year, MAFS holds a reunion so that the experts (and the rest of Australia) can see how the participants are going post-social experiment.

The Reunion is also an opportunity for our brides and grooms to hash out some beef that happened during (or even after) the experiment, brag about their love lives or share some big announcements — think 2025’s Jacqui Burfoot and Clint Rice‘s recoupling.

But unfortunately, it’s not uncommon that some of the experiment’s ‘villains’ skip the big finale, robbing us of a beautiful Daddy John Aiken, Mel Schilling and Alessandra Rampolla scolding.

Controversial MAFS bride Brook Crompton reveals why she isn't attending the reunion

Married At First Sight bride Brook Crompton has shared why she won't be attending the TV show's reunion.

The special edition episode will air this Sunday night, and will feature several 2026 cast members to talk about the season.

The 27-year-old Queenslander abruptly left the experiment following a dramatic dinner party where she ripped into multiple people and her behaviour was labelled "disgusting".

A poll of nearly 2,800 Yahoo Lifestyle viewers found an overwhelming 97 per cent thought she went "too far" that night.

Many have been wondering whether she would come back and face the music and now she's spoken out.

MAFS Australia's Brook breaks silence on why she isn't at the reunion

Married at First Sight Australia's Brook Crompton has shared her reason for not being in the reunion episode.

The cast of Married at First Sight Australia have come together for a special reunion episode.

After Final Vows saw only Steven and Rachel, and Stella and Filip stay together, the night was set to be full of exes reuniting… what could possibly go wrong?

While Bec shared that "war" broke out between her and Stephanie after it was revealed that Stephanie had been sending bikini pics to Danny, one of the biggest elephants in the room was the fact that Brook had failed to make an appearance.

Buckle up! The Married At First Sight 2026 reunion is landing on Monday, April 13, and if the whispers coming out of the cast are anything to go by, it is going to be wild.

The experiment may be over, but the drama has had months to fester — and now (almost) everyone is back in the same room.

Controversial bride Brook Crompton has confirmed she will not be attending, claiming her ex, Chris Nield, is also skipping the night.

'ISIS bride' was 14 when she married a terrorist, sister says

The sister of an Australian woman who married an Islamic State fighter has revealed how her sister was "groomed" into travelling to a war zone in Syria where she is now stuck.

A group of 23 Australian children and 11 women with links to the IS terrorist group attempted to return to Australia from a Syrian refugee camp last week.

The Australian government has refused to help the group, with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese saying he has "nothing but contempt" for the women.

Ex-housemate claims ISIS bride wanted to ‘make bombs’

A former housemate of Kirsty Rosse-Emile claims the ISIS bride declared as a teen she wanted to “make bombs” rather than return to school, raising fresh concerns as she seeks to return to Australia from Syria.

A former housemate of Australian ISIS bride Kirsty Rosse-Emile says she was stunned when, as a teenager, Rosse-Emile declared she did not want to return to school and instead wanted to “go and make bombs”.

As Ms Rosse-Emile and another 10 ISIS brides attempt to return to Australia, the woman — identified only as Sara — told the Daily Mail about her conversation with Ms Rosse-Emile when they were teenagers.

Married At First Sight's oldest bride breaks down as she makes devastating confession about her husband: 'I'm terrified'

Married At First Sight bride Rebecca Zukowski was moved to tears during Sunday night's bombshell episode.

The blonde stunner broke down as she revealed that she doesn't believe her groom Steve Powell is sexually attracted to her.

The couple were appearing at this year's first Commitment Ceremony when series expert John Aiken asked Rebecca if Steve, 50, made her feel desired.

The 51-year-old leasing manager, who is the oldest bride appearing on the 2026 series, did not mince words in her blunt response, in which she claimed she felt her husband only saw her as a friend.

'No, there is that doubt that Steve looks at me as a friend. I don't need another friend, I didn't come here to make friends,' Rebecca said.
