Clifford re-signs until the end of 2028
The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys have agreed to a two-year contract extension with five-eighth Jake Clifford, running through the end of the 2028 NRL season.

After being named NYC Player of the Year in 2017, Clifford made his NRL debut in 2018, playing alongside Johnathan Thurston in the halves.
Clifford departed the club for the Knights in 2021 where he would spend two seasons, before moving to the UK Super League with Hull FC in 2023.
He returned home to North Queensland in 2024 and played halfback in the Cowboys' Elimination Final victory over the Knights.
