Good Karma Pays Off For 5 Zodiac Signs On Angel Number Day 4/16, April 16, 2026

Good karma pays off for five zodiac signs on April 16, 2026, or Angel Number Day 4/16. As the collective numerological meanings of 4/16 unite, with 4 meaning structure, 1 symbolizing new beginnings, and 6 representing reciprocity, this angel number day brings karmic restructuring to our lives.

Evidence of the phrase "you reap what you sow" is obvious on Thursday because we will have proof that our wishes were heard. But considering April 16 is also the start of Aries-Taurus Cusp week, the way the universe answers us is a reflection of our intentions and actions. That works out in favor of these astrological signs.

You are on the rise, Leo. In whatever ways you felt buried or unseen, you are rising above those restrictions on Angel Number Day 4/16.

A vote to force President Donald Trump to pull back from the war in Iran failed to pass in the U.S. Senate Wednesday. The resolution faced plenty of hurdles and was largely symbolic, as Trump was almost certain to veto it. French President Emmanuel Macron has said that France will increase its number of nuclear warheads and promised more cooperation with European allies that have expressed interest. That's "the most significant update to French nuclear deterrence policy in 30 years," according to an analyst.

A prolonged conflict in the Middle East will dent India's remittance flows enough to impact its economy. The Indian diaspora in the Gulf countries contributes nearly 38% to India's total remittance inflows, according to a Citi report. Based on the inflows of $135.4 billion in the financial year 2025, the share of Gulf countries is $51.4 billion. To put it in perspective: India's total trade surplus with the U.S. was $58.2 billion in 2025.

As the War in the Middle East expands and rhetoric from the US and Iran continues to be antagonistic, the world is speculating about how long this will go on for and what the wider implications will be.

Azerbaijan on Friday became the latest country drawn in, as it accused Iran of firing drones at its territory and ordered its southern airspace closed for 12 hours. Iran, which has a significant Azeri minority, denied it had targeted its neighbour, but the episode underlined how rapidly the war has spread since the surprise US and Israeli airstrikes that killed Khamenei on Saturday.

Is the Middle East caught in an unstoppable 'escalation trap' of all-out war?

In just twenty four hours, a US submarine has torpedoed an Iranian warship in the Indian Ocean. Turkey, a NATO member state, has shot down an Iranian ballistic missile. And while Israel hammered Tehran and southern Lebanon with fresh rounds of strikes, Trump is considering arming Kurdish forces. The death toll is climbing into the thousands. Has the US and Israel's military campaign against Iran spiralled into a war beyond anyone's control?

Hamish Macdonald and Geraldine Doogue return to Beirut to speak with Kim Ghattas about the rapidly escalating war in the Middle East, and whether Iran has already been caught in a self-perpetuating 'escalation trap'.

Football Daily | Cristiano Ronaldo and an argument at Al-Nassr that doesn’t make sense

For a man who is raging against the dying of the light, Cristiano Ronaldo is doing a good job of throwing a blanket over the fire. And by throwing a blanket, what Football Daily really means to say is throwing a hissy fit, a wobbly, a tantrum. The legendary footballer, reduced to something of a tap-in artist these days in a league of – at best – questionable quality, seemingly threw his toys out of his Bugatti on Sunday after deciding that not enough investment has been made in his club, Al-Nassr, in comparison to the other Saudi ones.

Cristiano Ronaldo: Al Nassr forward missing for Saudi Pro League club amid rumours he is unhappy with club's transfer activity

Cristiano Ronaldo was not named in Al Nassr's team to play Al Riyadh on Monday; the Portugal captain is said to be unhappy with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's running of the club; He feels other PIF-owned clubs such as Al Hilal are getting preferential treatment

Cristiano Ronaldo appears to have gone on strike at Al Nassr.

Ronaldo was missing from his team's Saudi Pro League game against Al Riyadh on Monday – with Portuguese media claiming the star is unhappy about the running of the club.

Al Nassr are one of four Saudi Pro League clubs owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. Ronaldo believes the other three clubs – Al Hilal, Al Ahli and Al Ittihad – are getting preferential treatment, especially in the transfer market.

Cristiano Ronaldo left OUT of Al-Nassr squad to face Al Riyadh amid transfer frustrations at Saudi Pro League club

Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been left out of Al-Nassr's squad for Monday's Saudi Pro League clash against Al Riyadh. Ahead of the game there had been speculation that Ronaldo would refuse to play in the match after being left frustrated by the way the PIF (Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia) is managing the club, particularly in regards to transfers.

Al-Nassr have now confirmed their team for Monday's match and Ronaldo is conspicuous by his absence. The 40-year-old is not even among the substitutes for the match between title-chasing Al-Nassr and Al-Riyadh, who are struggling at the wrong end of the table and start the game in 15th place. Victory in the match will see Al-Nassr move level on points with league leaders Al-Hilal, although they will have played one game more than their title rivals.
