    Abhishek Banerjee to Rajkummar Rao: We all need friends who we can laugh with

    MUMBAI: Actor Abhishek Banerjee has penned a note for his close friend Rajkummar Rao, with whom he has worked on a string of films such as the “Stree” franchise and Made In China, and now has a “very friendly appearance” in his latest, “Toaster.”

    Abhishek took to Instagram, where he shared a picture with Rajkummar, where the two are seen sitting together and laughing.

    Abhishek, popularly known as his character name Jana from the horror-comedy franchise the two feature in, said that he is very lucky as he gets to work with those friends with whom he can laugh with.

    Australia’s SBS snares AMC Studio’s Silicon Valley-set US drama The Audacity

    AMC Studios Production’s The Audacity was created by Jonathan Glatzer

    Australian multicultural broadcaster SBS has secured the exclusive Australian rights for the recently renewed US drama The Audacity from AMC Studios Production.

    The eight-part satirical drama series created by Jonathan Glatzer (Succession, Better Call Saul) will debut on SBS and SBS On Demand from mid- April, shortly after episodes air in the US.

    SBS has also secured the rights to the second season, which was recently greenlit by AMC ahead of the show’s debut on AMC and AMC+ on April 12.

    Glatzer serves as executive producer, writer and showrunner, alongside executive producer Gina Mingacci (Killing Eve).
