Former Today show star Karl Stefanovic and the co-founder and producer of his self-titled podcast venture, Keshnee Kemp, have been told to compile texts, emails and evidence and agree on a valuation for the business after their relationship “irretrievably” broke down.

Ibrahim, nee Kemp, the founding partner and owner of 45 per cent of The Karl Stefanovic Show’s production company, won urgent orders from the NSW Supreme Court on Tuesday to stop Stefanovic pushing her out of the business before a judge could rule on the matter.
Via her lawyer, Monica Allen, Ibrahim accused Stefanovic of running the podcast venture in an “oppressive … unfairly prejudicial … or unfairly discriminatory” manner by trying to oust her from the company.
