    Eminem's daughter Alaina's 'heart is breaking' as maternity leave ends

    Eminem’s daughter Alaina Marie Scott is savouring every last moment with her newborn as she returns to work for the first time since giving birth.

    On Sunday, June 14, the rapper’s adopted daughter took to Instagram to reflect on motherhood and the emotional milestone of ending her maternity leave two months after welcoming daughter Scottie with husband Matt Moeller.

    “Two months of watching the world slow down and speed up all at once. Two months of tiny fingers wrapped around mine, sleepy snuggles, middle of the night feeds, and falling more in love than I ever knew was possible,” Scott ,33, captioned the post, which was accompanied by a photoshoot with her newborn.

    Jay-Z and Eminem to Reunite on Rakim Album With First Track Together in 25 Years

    Jay-Z and Eminem are slated to appear on a song from rap legend Rakim‘s forthcoming album, which will mark their first time on the same track in 25 years. The Grammy Award-winning rap icons’ last musical collaboration was in 2001 on “Renegade.”

    The upcoming song, which is currently untitled, is set to appear on a collaborative album pairing Rakim with Kurupt and Masta Killa, targeted for release on Aug. 28.

    News of a reunion between Em and Hov surfaced on Sunday, when Matthew “M80” Markoff, JD, the A&R and executive producer of the album, shared a sneak peek at the track list of Rakim’s collaborative project in a post on Instagram.

    Rakim, Kurupt and Wu-Tang Clan’s Masta Killa are releasing a collaborative album

    Jay-Z and Eminem feature on an interlude for the untitled project, due out this August

    Wu-Tang Clan's Masta Killa is set to release an album with Rakim and Kurupt.

    The project was revealed on Instagram over the weekend by executive producer Matthew Markoff, aka M80, who shared a photo of the handwritten tracklist along with its featured artists. It’s set for release in August, according to a May Instagram post by Rakim. 

    The currently untitled album will include 15 new tracks, titled sequentially according to their position on the tracklist, and feature collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Raekwon, Kokane, Daz Dillinger, Ghostface, Killarmy's Killa Sin, Mac Shawn 100, Jamall Ray, Buckshot (BCC), RIM, Trigga, KRS-One, and Kool G Rap.

    Eminem sues Australian beach brand 'Swim Shady'

    US rapper Eminem has taken legal action against an Australian beachwear company called Swim Shady, saying its name is too similar to his trademarked rap pseudonym Slim Shady.

    In September, Eminem – whose real name is Marshall B Mathers III – filed a petition to the US Patent and Trademark Office, calling for it to cancel a trademark that was granted to the company. US law requires the company to respond to the petition by next week.

    The 53-year-old rapper's lawyers accused the Sydney-based brand of creating a "false association" with Eminem.

    Swim Shady told the BBC in a statement that it would "defend our valuable intellectual property".
