    Charles Leclerc is set for his second visit of the day to the FIA stewards' room after being placed under investigation following a first-practice incident in Monaco.

    FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem has welcomed a return to F1 for ex-Red Bull team principal Christian Horner.
