    First look at Graham Norton’s new reality gameshow, The Neighbourhood

    There’s a brand new reality series on the way, and with Graham Norton at the helm, we already know it’s going to be good.

    Viewers are getting their first look at The Neighbourhood, the brand new “high-stakes” gameshow that’s set to shake up reality TV as we know it.

    Airing on Virgin Media One later this month, Irish audiences will be introduced to six real households from across the UK as they move into a street aptly named ‘KeepYourEnemies Close’.

    Blending intense competition with all the chaos of everyday life, the show will see neighbours not only living side by side, but going head-to-head in a street-wide popularity contest.

    Graham Norton's "high-stakes" new ITV game show finally gets its start date confirmed

    ITV has finally confirmed the launch date for Graham Norton's highly-anticipated reality series – and there isn't very long to go!

    The Neighbourhood is a brand new 11-part series that turns everyday life into a giant gameshow that is authentic, immersive and rooted in real relationships, as teased by ITV.

    The street-sized reality show kicks off on Friday 24 April at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX, followed by a bumper launch over the weekend with episodes 2 and 3 airing on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 April.

    Later this morning, viewers will be introduced to six real households from across the UK as they move into 'KeepYourEnemies Close' and compete in a street-sized popularity contest, where the last house standing will take home a life-changing £250,000.

    ITV CONFIRMS LAUNCH SCHEDULE FOR NEW REALITY SERIES, THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, HOSTED BY GRAHAM NORTON

    The series kicks off with a bumper launch weekend over three consecutive nights, with episodes 2 and 3 following on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April. The series is then expected to continue airing three episodes on weekdays for three weeks. The I'm A Celebrity final on 24th April has been moved to 7:30pm as a result.

    The 11-part series, hosted by Norton, sees families and households compete in a street-sized reality game, battling it out for the chance to take home a life-changing cash prize. It marries high-stakes competition, epic challenges and relatable domestic drama, to offer a different flavour of reality.

    Beijing bronze medallist Tess Coady has failed to qualify for the final of women’s snowboard slopestyle at the Winter Olympics as her 16-year-old teammate Ally Hickman made it in sixth spot.

    Qualification was brought forward 24 hours with a blizzard forecast to hit Livigno, and wind still made it difficult.

    And it was Coady who was wiped out with her best score in two runs leaving her 27th in a field of 30.

    Meila Stalker also missed the 12-boarder final in 22nd but said it was “awesome day” after struggling with the course in practice and changing up her run the night before.

    Australia was reminded of the dangers of winter sport on day four at the Winter Olympics as two team members were ruled out of the Games after training falls.

    Snowboard-cross competitor Cam Bolton, who was getting ready for his third Olympic campaign, fell heavily in training on Monday and was transferred to hospital in Milan on Tuesday as his pain levels worsened.

    A CT scan showed he had two neck fractures. Bolton has been ruled out, as has snowboard halfpipe athlete Misaki Vaughan, who fell in training on Tuesday and sustained a concussion.

    Under concussion protocol she is ruled out for seven days, ruling her out of her event.

    Aussie flag-bearer sneaks into Winter Olympic moguls final as golden girl faces crucial qualifying

    Australian flag-bearer Matt Graham is into the Olympic moguls final, trying to go one better than his 2018 silver, while reigning champion Jakara Anthony is in action overnight at the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics.

    Graham was made to wait nervously after running midway through Tuesday night’s qualifying but clung onto the 10th and final automatic spot for Thursday night’s final, with a score of 75.77.

    Aussie Cooper Woods, who finished sixth at the Beijing Olympics, posted a 73.67 leaving him 15th of the 30 runners.

    Star moguls duo given Winter Olympics ceremony honour

    Defending Olympic champion Jakara Anthony and fellow moguls medallist Matt Graham will lead the Australian team as the flag bearers at the Winter Olympics opening ceremony.

    The team announcement was made on Wednesday morning, two days out from the main opening ceremony at Milan's San Siro Olympic Stadium.

    For the first time, the opening event will be spread across four locations with the star moguls duo to lead the Australian contingent marching in Livigno, a northern Italian town in the alps near the Swiss border.

    As well as freestyle skiers, which includes aerialists and freeski competitors, the snowboarders are also competing in Livigno.
