The house at 4/113 Justice Rd, Cowes, which featured on The Block 2024, has it the market.

A Phillip Island house bought by Adrian Portelli on The Block’s 2024 is for sale with a $1.7m-$1.85m price tag, six figures less than what he paid on the show.

The range’s upper end is $750,000 less than the $2.6m sum Mr Portelli spent when he purchased the impressive four-bedroom Cowes pad.

Mr Portelli splashed more than $15m on all five homes featured on the television show’s twentieth season, including the abode at 4/113 Justice Rd renovated by Queenslanders Kylie and Brad Baker.

In 2025, Mr Portelli raffled off the properties through his online promotion platform LMCT+.

‘A piece of supremely nasty mischief’: the Guardian’s film critic on the latest White House war video

A Hollywood-themed propaganda video released by the White House promising “justice the American way” for Iran features movie stars from Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and promotes characters including a corrupt lawyer, a drug dealer and a freedom fighter who stands up to the overwhelming force of an invading foreign army.

The 42-second video posted on the official X account of the White House on Thursday was met with almost universal mockery online, with comments accusing the Trump administration of immaturity, and likening its social media strategy to one run by teenagers.

DroneShield’s house broker says the sale of almost $70 million in shares by the company’s chief executive, chairman and a third director has killed interest from institutional investors in the hot defence technology stock, saying they will steer clear of the business for a long time.

Bell Potter was engaged to help DroneShield raise $220 million in two transactions last year, and has been bullish about the company’s prospects, recommending clients buy the stock. It most recently reaffirmed its forecasts that shares are headed to $5.30 over the year this month.
