    SAN FRANCISCO — The Chicago Bears continue to deal with an illness that has impacted at least eight players ahead of their Sunday night meeting with the San Francisco 49ers.

    The Bears added wide receivers DJ Moore and Olamide Zaccheaus to the injury report Sunday morning with an illness and designated both as questionable. The team already ruled out Rome Odunze (foot) for a fourth straight game.

    Right tackle Darnell Wright was added to the injury report Saturday with an illness and did not travel with the team. Wright made the trip separately Sunday and could be available to play at Levi's Stadium. He carries a questionable designation.

    Bears' Luther Burden: Hurt on last play after 138 yards

    Burden (leg) was seen grabbing his left hamstring on the way to the X-ray room after getting injured on the final play of Sunday's 42-38 loss to the 49ers, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.

    Burden stayed down in the end zone after Caleb Williams threw an incompletion from the 2-yard line as Chicago came up just short in a back-and-forth battle. Prior to the injury, Burden posted a breakout performance, racking up career highs in catches (eight) and receiving yards (138) on nine targets, including a 35-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter. The Bears have clinched the NFC North and will close out the regular season with a Week 18 home game against the Lions.

    Injuries, illness impacting Bears defense ahead of Sunday night's game vs. 49ers

    The availability of multiple defensive starters for the Bears' primetime game in San Francisco Sunday night is in question due to a combination of injuries and illness.

    Cornerback Nahshon Wright (hamstring/illness), linebacker T.J. Edwards (glute) and nickel back C.J. Gardner-Johnson (knee) are all listed as questionable for the game. Wright did not participate in Friday's practice, Edwards was limited and Gardner-Johnson was a full participant.

    The Bears' cornerback depth could be tested even more, as Josh Blackwell is also questionable to play and Nick McCloud has been ruled out due to illness. Blackwell did not practice Thursday or Friday.
