Yes, there are only two open playoff spots entering Week 18 of the 2025 NFL season. But there is still a lot to be decided on Saturday and Sunday. Beyond the four teams trying to nab those two spots — via the NFC South and AFC North — there are six others are trying to clinch conference 1-seeds and/or division titles. Home-field advantage is huge in the postseason.

NFL.com analysts provide one bold prediction for Week 18 of the 2025 NFL season, from fantasy forecasts to team-based takes.

In Week 17, with the Ravens' season on the line, Henry ran his squad to victory with a career-high 36 carries for 216 rush yards and four touchdowns. Well, the season is still on the line for Baltimore, and though it looks like Lamar Jackson will play, the veteran running back once again carries the team. Henry has a repeat performance — 200-plus rush yards and four scores — to help clinch the AFC North and squash the rival Steelers' playoff hopes.

No one wants to be on the wrong side of history. The Steelers seemingly went out of their way to avoid it — with disastrous results. The Bengals won't have the same fate. Garrett will cap a historic season with a performance for the ages, logging at least three sacks to blow past the single-season record.

Jacobs to play, Love and Willis 'Questionable' on Packers' final injury report

GREEN BAY (WLUK) — The Green Bay Packers are gearing up for their Week 17 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Throughout the week, they have dealt with injury after injury, but two days from kickoff, the injury report gives an idea of what to expect.

Quarterbacks Jordan Love and Malik Willis are both officially questionable entering Saturday. Love is still in concussion protocol while Willis is dealing with a throwing shoulder issue and battling an illness that kept him out of practice on Wednesday.

A new development was wide receiver Christian Watson being downgraded to Questionable. He was a full participant in practice both Tuesday and Wednesday, but was did not practice on Thursday with an illness. Similarly, current starting center Sean Rhyan was downgraded to questionable after picking up an illness on Thursday. He was a limited participant at practice on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
