    The insider that revealed his plea in the first place shared it with celebrity news reporter Rob Shuter and it comes on his Naughty but Nice Substack.

    Reportedly, Andrew is pushing for the King to hold a private meeting, and sit-down with him one-on-one but “no one actually knows what he wants to say,” they warn.

    “Andrew is refusing to tell anyone what the meeting is about,” the source admits. “He won’t brief aides, he won’t loop in family — he’ll only speak directly to the King.”

    The shamed former Duke of York, 66, is staying tight-lipped about what he wants to discuss, insisting on a private audience with the monarch, as William, 43, digs in to ensure there is "no way back" for his uncle following his exile in the wake of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

    "Andrew is refusing to tell anyone what the meeting is about," a source close to the situation told royal insider Rob Shuter, who wrote about it on Substack.

    Canadian rapper Shad has responded to comments Drake made at the 2026 JUNO Awards on Sunday night (March 29).

    In a pre-recorded message honouring his friend and Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee Nelly Furtado, Drake reminded the world of a grievance he held against the JUNOs, after he hosted the ceremony in 2011 and failed to win an award as a multiple nominee.

    Fast bowler Ehsan Adil will make his international debut for USA against the team he used to represent in Colombo.

    Adil was approved as a replacement for the injured Jasdeep Singh in the USA squad on Monday night and has been thrown straight into the playing XI, replacing Ali Khan after the groin injury he sustained against India.

    Adil, 32, played three Tests and five ODIs for Pakistan between 2013 and 2015. He has relocated to the United States and has spent the first three seasons of Major League Cricket playing for MI New York. He will be in action early after his captain Monank Patel won the toss and chose to bowl first against Pakistan in the first game under the SSC's brand-new floodlights.

    T20 WC: Adil Approved As Replacement For Singh In USA Squad

    The replacement of a player requires the approval of the Event Technical Committee (ETC) before the player can be officially added to the squad.

    "The Event Technical Committee of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026 on approves Ehsan Adil as a replacement for Jasdeep Singh in the USA squad," ICC said in a statement.

    Adil, who has played three Tests and six ODIs for Pakistan but has not yet turned out for the USA, was named as a replacement after Singh was ruled out with an injury to his right shoulder that was sustained during the warm-up game against New Zealand on 5 February.

    Rothfield has previously held positions as Sunday Telegraph deputy editor, executive sports editor of The Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph before becoming the sports editor-at-large over the last decade.

    News Corp veteran journalist Phil 'Buzz' Rothfield has decided to end his sports journalism career.

    The veteran reporter, who has broken hundreds, if not thousands, of stories over the years, first worked for the publication in 1976, and has been part of rugby league's fabric ever since.

    The Cronulla Sharks supporter has polarised opinion across the NRL landscape during his career, particularly in the later years, with a number of feuds – including against Canterbury Bulldogs director of football Phil Gould – breaking out.

    While Rothfield spent the majority of his time covering rugby league, he also covered other sports including the 2000 Olympic Games where he was the editor of that round for its duration.
