NASCAR for the Streets of Adelaide this weekend

Whiteline Racing, the winners of Round 1 of the Touring Car Masters series, are making a swift transition from their recent Sydney victory to their hometown streets of Adelaide.

The team is set to compete at the Adelaide Motorsport Festival with two Chevrolet race cars: Scott Cameron’s Touring Car Masters race and round 1 winning Camaro and team owner Bob Middleton’s historic Chevrolet Monte Carlo NASCAR.

Following his commanding performance at Sydney Motorsport Park, where he secured wins in all three championship races, Cameron will participate at the renowned Adelaide Motorsport Festival, driving the Whiteline Racing/Gusto Finance #95 Camaro.

Motorsport 360 TV show to debut on Fox Sports, Kayo

THE rumours are true: Motorsport 360 is coming to Fox Sports and Kayo Sports in 2026.

The announcement came amid the official launch of the Supercars season in Sydney on Tuesday, with CEO James Warburton revealing it will be a weekly AFL 360/NRL 360-style show, devoted to motorsport.

The subscription television broadcaster and streamer has committed to producing 43 episodes this year, which would likely see it run from late February to mid-December.

Further details are expected to be announced by Fox Sports, including hosts, duration, plus which day and what time it will be shown and released each week.

It’s widely expected that now-former Supercars commentator Mark Skaife will be one of the show’s hosts.

Supercars news: Fox Sports green lights Motorsport 360 show

The project has been in the works for some time with outgoing Supercars caller Mark Skaife expected to be the figurehead of what has been dubbed Motorsport 360.

Fox Sports is understood to have agreed to a 43-week run for the show, which will focus on – but not necessarily be limited to – the major motorsport codes in the Fox family, Supercars and F1.

While the show has been championed by Supercars CEO James Warburton it will be produced independently of Supercars Media in a bid to ensure complete freedom of opinions.

Should the format follow the ‘360’ concept as expected, Skaife would be joined by a yet-to-be-named host and a rotating cast of voices from within the sport including drivers, journalists and more.

Victoria loses MotoGP to Adelaide

Victoria has lost the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix to Adelaide, ending the race’s three decade connection to Phillip Island in the latest blow to the Victorian government but a boon for the Malinauskas government ahead of the South Australian state election in March.

A government source familiar with the situation told The Australian Financial Review that Victoria had lost the event and confirmed it would be moving to South Australia with an announcement expected on Thursday.

Winter Storm Fern Turns Deadly In Louisiana, Outages For Hundreds Of Thousands Vulnerable To Ice, Snow

On Sunday, millions from New Mexico to the Northeast saw impacts from Winter Storm Fern. Thick layers of ice remain on the ground and power lines, and outages across the South skyrocketed as a result.

The storm has claimed the lives of two men in Louisiana. Officials there confirm they both died of hypothermia.

Both deaths were reported in Caddo Parish. The coroner confirmed that two men died due to hypothermia, but their ages were not released.
