President Trump’s Landmark Order Advances Breakthrough Mental Health Treatments — Delivering New Hope to Veterans

This weekend, President Donald J. Trump signed a groundbreaking Executive Order accelerating research and improving access to psychedelic drugs as promising treatments for serious mental illnesses. The order prioritizes breakthroughs that could offer new hope to millions of Americans — particularly our nation’s brave veterans, who continue to face disproportionately high rates of suicide and often don’t respond to conventional therapies.

Veterans’ organizations, medical professionals, patient advocates, and industry leaders welcomed the historic action:

Americans for Ibogaine CEO W. Bryan Hubbard: “This began with a small group who refused to accept the status quo and fought to bring ibogaine into the United States healthcare system, growing into a national movement that could not be ignored. We have always believed this was the moonshot of our time. People from every corner of this country came together and demanded better. Today, that movement has compelled action at the highest levels of the federal government. The era of federal prohibition of psychedelic medicine in America is coming to an end.”

A Diabolical Law & Order: SVU Villain Returns In Harrowing Rollins And Carisi Episode — Read Recap

The 'Rollisi' evening that "Law & Order: SVU" stars Kelli Giddish and Peter Scanavino recently teased to TVLine unfolds at the very start of this week's episode. And, as the actors warned, it starts sweet but goes sideways — fast.

This week's "SVU" also marks the return of Henry Mesner, the young psychopath (played by Ethan Cutkosky) who's been messing with Rollins and/or Carisi since Season 14. And if you think there's a coincidence that he happens to show up in the 'Rollisi' torture episode, I'm willing to bet you haven't been watching this show very long.

Rollins rushes down the stairs into the dining room of an upscale restaurant. Carisi, who's waiting for her at a table, rises as she hurries in. She apologizes for being late — she lost track of time at work — but he just smiles at her. "Sounds to me like you're finally back in a job that makes you happy," he says, and she agrees that she is… and that the position feels "permanent." Carisi is sport coat-free and the kids are at his mother's house in Staten Island, so it's time to celebrate! "Happy second anniversary," he says, clinking his wine glass to hers.

NBC’s take on “Career Psychopath”: “When a stranger threatens Rollins and Carisi’s lives, they suspect it’s connected to a case they worked together. Benson asks an old friend to come out of retirement for help with an investigation.”

Michael Clarke has urged selectors to stop messing with the middle order and give it stability, as Australia faces its biggest transition period since his time in the side.

Former Test captain Clarke this week labelled Usman Khawaja's decision to retire a selfless one, avoiding a glut of exits at the same time and coming well before a massive 2027.

'It sucks': Ex-Test leggie urges Aussies to back spin after Murphy omission

Australia chose not to include a spinner in its XI for the fifth Ashes Test.

The hosts are without a specialist spinner at the SCG for the first time in 138 years.

Todd Murphy was overlooked by selectors for the series finale against England.

Leg spinner Mitchell Swepson says "it sucks" seeing Australian selectors overlook frontline tweakers, urging officials and curators to buck the growing trend of producing pitches that heavily favour seam bowlers.

Australia is without a specialist spinner at the SCG for the first time in 138 years after Nathan Lyon's injury replacement Todd Murphy was left out of the Ashes series finale.
