Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's father reveals PSG winger's summer transfer stance amid Arsenal interest
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has no intention of leaving Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to his father, Badri Kvaratskhelia. Despite persistent reported interest from Arsenal, the 25-year-old winger remains fully committed to the PSG project as the French giants chase back-to-back Champions League titles.
Arsenal have been credited with a strong interest in Kvaratskhelia as Mikel Arteta looks to bolster his attacking options in the summer window. Sky Sports have reported that the Gunners are exploring a move for the 25-year-old, who has solidified his status as one of the most feared wingers in European football since his €80 million move to PSG from Napoli in January 2025.
€180m winger takes ‘official position’ on joining Arsenal – Fabrizio Romano
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Khvicha Kvaratskhelia does not fancy leaving Paris Saint-Germain and joining Arsenal, although he has previously explained why the winger is the “missing piece” for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Arsenal are aiming to sign a new left-winger in the summer transfer window, with the futures of Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli at the Emirates Stadium far from certain.
TEAMtalk’s transfer correspondent, Fraser Fletcher, has reported that Arsenal would be ready to sell Martinelli for £50million (€57.7m, $67.5m) in the summer transfer window.
Napoli have been linked with Trossard, who is said to be willing to swap North London for Naples this summer.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia ‘not thinking about’ leaving PSG
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (25) has been linked with a move away from Paris Saint-Germain in recent weeks, however, according to the Georgia international’s father, he isn’t going anywhere.
Kvaratskhelia, who now captains the Georgia national team, joined PSG from Napoli in January 2025 for an €80m fee. Despite the fierce competition in the forward line, he quickly established himself as a key player.
In a year-and-a-half at the Parc des Princes, he has already made 74 appearances, scoring 24 goals and registering 17 assists. His form with the reigning European champions is attracting interest, notably from the Premier League, with Sky Sports linking Arsenal with a move for the player. PSG, however, consider Kvaratskhelia “near-unsellable”, the publication added.
