    F1 team in 'scary place' as risk of missing Melbourne GP grows

    Aston Martin is down to its last batteries for the Australian Grand Prix weekend, putting its ability to race on Sunday at risk.

    Team principal Adrian Newey told the media on Friday the team felt "powerless" as issues with Honda's power unit restricted its ability to be on track.

    ABC Sport will have live blog coverage of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix on Sunday, March 8.

    Aston Martin is running the risk of not being able to participate in Sunday's Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix, at least, as issues grow for the beleaguered team.

    The squad, joining forces with engine partner Honda for the first time, have not shied away from the troubles they’ve faced in the season so far – their pre-season tests were marred by limited running, as were the practice sessions at Albert Park.

    Aston Martin fear they may not be able to race in Australian GP after practice disaster

    Aston Martin’s disastrous start to the new Formula One season grew even worse after free practice in Australia with the team principal, Adrian Newey, revealing there were now fears they would not be able to take part in Saturday’s qualifying or Sunday’s race at the Albert Park circuit.

    On Thursday Newey had hosted an extraordinary press conference, at which he had admitted that a severe vibration issue with the team’s Honda engine meant their drivers were in danger of receiving permanent nerve damage through the steering wheel. Newey said Fernando Alonso believed he could manage only 25 laps in the car and his teammate Lance Stroll only 15, both well short of half the 58-lap race distance in Melbourne.

    EXCLUSIVE: I think I might be more excited for Scary Movie 6 than the next Scream.

    The hype kicks off this week when Paramount Pictures shares the first trailer for the film ahead of Scream 7.

    The movie doesn’t come out until June 12, and they’re already being funny.

    All we know so far is that they’re lampooning Terrifier 3, giving a nod to the iconic mall Santa scene in which Art the Clown blows up a bunch of children.

    DREAD CENTRAL can exclusively report that Scary Movie 6 will also parody Ryan Coogler’s Oscar-nominated (and potential winner) Sinners, as well as Zach Cregger’s modern masterpiece Weapons and Platinum Dunes’ A Quiet Place.

    The first trailer for Scary Movie 6 is now playing in theaters ahead of Scream 7, and the teaser has leaked online.

    The original creative team of Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans and Keenen Ivory Wayans are back on board, with Anna Faris and Regina Hall reprising their respective roles as Cindy Campbell and Brenda Meeks. Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Lochlyn Monroe, Dave Sheridan, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott and Jon Abrahams also return, along with new cast members Damon Wayans Jr., Kim Wayans, and Heidi Gardner.

    The trailer begins on a subway, with several recognisable masked maniacs – and M3GAN – menacing a young woman, who corrects another passenger about her pronouns after being stabbed by Ghostface. Some hysterical scenes follow, and it seems clear that this movie will not be holding anything back. As the tagline says, “Every line will be crossed.”
