Kim was in fine form at the Renaissance Club with an impressive final round of 64 to put his name at the top of the leaderboard and two shots in front of Min Woo Lee in second. Kim also finished four shots ahead of England’s Matt Fitzpatrick and Scotland’s Robert MacIntyre, who had a share of third with Johnny Keefer and Keita Nakajima.

Min Woo Lee has had to watch another title slip agonisingly away as South Korea's Tom Kim pipped him from earning victory in the Scottish Open, the tournament where the Australian star first made his international name.

Lee, who was a breakthrough champion back in 2021 in this event, clung on doggedly in pursuit of Kim on Sunday (Monday AEST) at the Renaissance Club at North Berwick, only to fall two shots short as the Korean played bogey-free during a tight run-in to the finish and closed with a decisive six-under par 64.

Hearts call for 'fair opportunity' in title finale as Don Robertson named as referee

Hearts fans watch the closing stages of Celtic's match at Motherwell

Hearts' owners have pleaded for the destination of the Scottish Premiership title to be "decided by the players on the pitch" rather than by match officials.

After it was announced that Don Robertson will take charge of Saturday's decider with Celtic, the Foundation of Hearts (FoH) fans group – majority shareholders of the club – said the Tynecastle outfit had concerns about recent decisions.

On Wednesday, Celtic were awarded contentious last-gasp penalty, which Kelechi Iheanacho converted to earn the defending champions a 3-2 victory.

That result, coupled with Hearts' 3-0 win over Falkirk, means Celtic trail by one point going into the final-day showdown.

Hibs are defending everything that is being thrown at them, it's been a huge effort. You're just expecting a little bit more from Hearts in the final 10 minutes.

Miguel Chaiwa is in pain, stretching off what looks like cramp.

Hibs have used up all their subs, so he'll need to soldier on.

From the set-piece, Sabah Kerjota drills a shot on target. Jordan Smith gets right behind it.

We're past the 75 minute mark now as Blair Spittal butchers a cross for Hearts. That's his second poor ball since coming on.

Miguel Chaiwa offers Hibs some respite with a good run, going past three opponents before giving the ball away.

Team News: Rohl Names Side To Face Motherwell

DANNY Röhl has named his Rangers team for this afternoon’s Scottish Premiership clash against Motherwell at Ibrox.

The Light Blues are back on the pitch for the first time in a fortnight as the post-match fixtures commence, with the Gers targeting a strong end to the season in the final five outings of the campaign.

From the side that were victorious at Falkirk two weeks ago, the Head Coach has named two changes as Dujon Sterling and Bojan Miovski are in from the off in place of James Tavernier and Mikey Moore.

That means Jack Butland retains his place between the posts, behind a back four consisting of Sterling at right-back, Nasser Djiga and Emmanuel Fernandez continuing in the middle of defence, and Jayden Meghoma in at left-back.

Stephen Welsh in explosive Rangers celebration as Celtic loanee leads Motherwell's Ibrox party

Motherwell's ecstatic Celtic loanee Stephen Welsh couldn't contain his joy after the Steelmen stunned Rangers at Ibrox.

Danny Rohl's men battled back from 2-0 down to level the showdown at Ibrox, before and injury-time winner from Emmanuel Longelo dealt a major blow to the Light Blues' title hopes.

Jens Berthel Askou's men ended a five-game winless streak in Glasgow as they boosted their hopes of snagging a European spot – while offered a boost to Rangers title rivals.

The Hoops – Welsh's parent club – won their game against Falkirk on Saturday to move joint top of the Premiership table with Hearts, who were trailing Edinburgh rivals Hibs 1-0 at Easter Road when the full-time whistle sounded at Ibrox.

Falkirk: Bain, Adams, Henderson, Donaldson, Spencer, Broggio, Yeats, Stewart, Tait, Lissah, Miller.

Rangers: Butland, Tavernier, Djiga, Fernandez, Meghome, Raskin, Chukwuani, Gassama, Moore, Aasgaard, Chermiti.

Substitutes: Kelly, Souttar, Aarons, Barron, Diomande, Antman, Skov Olsen, Bajrami, Miovski.

At one stage on Saturday, it looked like Rangers would be heading to Falkirk with a chance to overtake Hearts at the top of the Premiership.

However, three goals in the last half hour against Motherwell mean the Tynecastle side are guaranteed to go into the five post-split fixtures having led since September.

With Celtic having also beaten St Mirren, it means Rangers now sit third and need a win in Falkirk to go back into second, a point behind Hearts.

LOTS of talking points and goals to enjoy on Sportscene later.

Tomorrow, we have Falkirk v Rangers at noon. Can Danny Roh's side make it a clean sweep for the top three?

Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin told BBC Scotland: "I think we probably stole the points in the end. First half
, we were relatively comfortable and Livingston didn’t really carry any threat.
We were on top in the game and had one or two half-chances and Will Ferry
    scores a really good goal.

"I was relaxed and didn’t see the start to the second half
coming. Two really poor goals from our point of view.

Scottish Premiership: Hearts leave it late to sink Motherwell as Celtic keep up the heat

Late double sees Hearts win 3-1, Celtic beat St Mirren 1-0

Celtic leapfrogged rivals Rangers to move second in the Premiership with a narrow 1-0 win over St Mirren but Hearts stayed clear at the top as two late goals saw them past Motherwell 3-1.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s first-half strike was enough at Celtic Park, while Rangers head to Falkirk on Sunday and can reduce Hearts’ lead to one point again with victory.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was on target after 15 minutes, having had a goal chalked off for offside before that, and it was fairly comfortable for Celtic in the first half without creating too many clear-cut chances, though St Mirren did look a threat on the break.

The controversial late penalty that helped Hearts in title race

Hearts won on a dramatic afternoon in the Scottish Premiership as Derek McInnes’ side came from behind to beat Motherwell. The Tynecastle side went behind but the late penalty helped maintain the Jambos spot at the top of the table, even if it looked as if Motherwell were unlucky not to leave with something.

The major talking point came after Stephen Welsh was penalised for a foul in the box on Kabore.

Matthew MacDermid was instructed by his colleague on VAR Steven McLean to watch the sequence of play before pointing to the spot. Lawrence Shankland netted to make it 2-1 in the 87th minute.

Dundee change things up again with Charlie Reilly and Billy Koumetio on for the last few minutes.

As we head into the 90th minute, the signal goes up for a further seven minutes of stoppage time.

James Forrest cushions an Anthony Ralston delivery back across the face of goal but there are no takers in green and white.

A free-kick is touched to Benjamin Nygren and the Swede's 30-yard dig swerves just wide of the top corner.

Ryan Astley is sent packing for taking out Yang Hyun-Jun as the Celtic winger tries to burst clear.

Celtic have started to do what they were doing in the first half.

Hearts stumble in title fight despite Shankland and Braga strikes against Livi

Lawrence Shankland and Claudio Braga used their heads at one end to help Hearts back to the top.

But, as the boys at the other couldn’t keep theirs, the lead was contained to just a solitary point as Derek McInnes’ let two painfully slither away.

Having fallen behind in the standings for the first time in 189 days due to Rangers’ win the previous day, scrutiny turned straight onto the Tynecastle response.

Facing the team at the foot of the table, it felt like one McInnes men really needed to win to re-stamp a proper authority at the summit.

The fact they didn’t was a bitter disappointment. Chuck in the additional fact that they were also in front and in position to do so just added to their frustration.

Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou tells BBC Scotland: "Falkirk deserve all the credit they've had. They're a brilliant football team and I put them up there among the best. Congratulations to them for the win and what they've achieved so far.

"In terms of intentions, willpower, work rate, our performance was good but there were a lot of moments where we should have been better. Both in attacking moments, leading to attacks, but also there were moments to score goals we didn't take but there were moments we lost the ball in critical places where we have to be better.

Scottish Premiership: Miovski raises Rangers to summit after two-year wait

Hibs turn up heat on Motherwell in battle for fourth spot

Rangers put pressure on their title rivals by moving top of the Scottish Premiership for the first time in more than two years with a patchy 4-2 win over Dundee United at Ibrox.

Ryan Naderi opened the scoring on the half-hour mark with a close-range finish before Dujon Sterling added a second four minutes from the interval with his first league goal for the Gers. The United forward Amar Fatah reduced the deficit with a strike just before half-time, but Thelo Aasgaard restored the Light Blues’ two-goal advantage in the 52nd minute.

Team News: Four Changes For Dundee United At Ibrox

DANNY Röhl has named his Rangers team for this afternoon’s Scottish Premiership match at home to Dundee United.

From the last outing before the international break, there are four changes to the line-up. Dujon Sterling, John Souttar, Jayden Meghoma and Andreas Skov Olsen come in as Tuur Rommens misses out on the matchday squad through injury, with James Tavernier, Emmanuel Fernandez and Youssef Chermiti named on the bench.

That means Rangers start with Jack Butland in goal behind a back four of Dujon Sterling, John Souttar, Nasser Djiga and Jayden Meghoma.

Nico Raskin and Tochi Chukwuani are once again in midfield, while Thelo Aasgaard, Andreas Skov Olsen, Mikey Moore and Ryan Naderi complete the line-up.

Luke McCowan's inswinging corner goes to the back post where Emmanuel Longelo and Daizen Maeda compete for the ball. Maeda gets a touch as both players crash to the ground and John Beaton intitially awards a goal kick as the ball bounces wide.

A VAR review sends the referee to the monitor and he comes back signalling a penalty before Longelo is shown a red card for denying a goalscoring opportunity.

Team news ahead of trip to Parkhead

Midfielder Milly Boughton has completed a loan deal from defending champions Hibernian until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old Australian youth international spent her formative years close to the Australian capital, Sydney, with the youngster breaking through at the Football New South Wales Institute.

The London-born central midfielder returned to the English capital at 16-years-old, joining West Ham United’s academy, and after a successful trial, Boughton began training with the first-team. Her first season within the club’s academy proved to be a productive one, with Boughton scoring eight-goals in 12-appearances for the Irons.

In 2023, Boughton departed West Ham for the academy of close-rivals Tottenham Hotspur. Boughton soon made her competitive first-team debut for Spurs, after being substituted in a three-nil victory over Bristol City in the English Women’s League Cup.

Celtic are there for the taking. Weak at the back, a bit washy in midfield, no real striker apart from Nygren – he cant always get them out of jail

It all changed with Trusty's sending off. Hibs handled the game very well after that.

Celtic couldn't get any momentum and it's a brilliant goal from Kai Andrews.

It looks like Hearts are the team that can only throw it away. They are in an unbelievable position.

Celtic and Rangers have still got to play each other twice.

The permutations from all these games are incredible. That's what makes this season so exciting.

Rangers fight back to salvage point but criticism will follow after Livingston draw

What other twists and turns can come in this title race? Rangers were held and Celtic were beaten. Hearts were the winners this weekend, that is for sure. The gap to the league leaders now stands at four for Danny Rohl's side.

Rangers found themselves behind inside the opening quarter of an hour as Livingston took a surprise lead. Robbie Muirhead provided the cross from a free-kick and Brooklyn Kabongo finished emphatically on the angle.

A goal early in the first half was followed by one early in the second. Lewis Smith finished well across goal after Rangers failed to clear their lines. Desperation set in.
