    The U.S.–Israel conflict with Iran has entered its third day, with loud blasts heard in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Tehran's security chief saying that negotiations with Washington were off the table.

    Regional oil giant Saudi Aramco said one of its refineries was hit, causing a small fire that was contained.

    Videos show smoke rising from a refinery operated by Saudi Aramco after a fire broke out, which Saudi officials say was caused by debris from an intercepted Iranian missile. Oil prices have surged sharply amid the disruption and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, raising fears over global supply.
