    It’s an interesting move that Netflix has taken recently, buying the rights to WWE programming while simultaneously commissioning documentaries about how fundamentally flawed its stars are. Nevertheless, after the success of its Vince McMahon series, it was only a matter of time before it made a series about wrestling’s biggest and most complicated star. And now it is here, in the form of Hulk Hogan: Real American.

    Few wrestlers have risen quite as high or fallen quite as low as Hogan, born Terry Bollea. For a considerable stretch of time, Hogan was the WWE; a bundle of imminently marketable tricks and quirks that gave him the nod over all the other grunting men in pants who made up the sport.

    Fights, sex, deaths and glitter: The rocky road to Euphoria season three

    Welcome to Cheat Sheet, where we give you all the intel you need about iconic shows your friends have been bugging you to watch! In honour of its long awaited return after four years, we're diving into teen (and now adult) drama, Euphoria.

    In the summer of 2022, anyone who was anyone (and between the ages of 16 and 25) was watching the second season of American showrunner Sam Levinson's boundary-pushing drama Euphoria.

    The show had already captured a dedicated audience with a highly stylised debut season depicting oversexed US teens taking drugs, getting into fights and looking absolutely beautiful doing it. Boosted by lead (and at the time rising) actor Zendaya's Emmy win for the show's first season, Euphoria wasn't just appointment viewing — it was a cultural movement.

    Euphoria Season 3 review: 'The show has lost its zeitgeisty edge' ★★☆☆☆

    Four years on, the provocative HBO drama is back, with Zendaya, Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney all returning. Unfortunately, though, "it has become a series with very little to say".

    Of all the twists you might have anticipated for Euphoria's third and (rumoured) final season, turning Rue's (Zendaya) story into a neo-Western – driving across a desert, walking by an actual tumbleweed, working for a boss in a cowboy hat who carries a golden gun – was probably not high on anyone's list of guesses. That's just one of the many turns that may make you say: "Huh? Why?"

    When the show first appeared in 2019 it was provocative and zeitgeisty, notable for the matter-of-fact way it assumed that sex, drugs and gender fluidity in high school have become cultural norms. Since season 2 ended, four years ago, Zendaya, Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney have become major film stars. And although all three return to their characters comfortably after this long delay, the show has lost its zeitgeisty edge. Euphoria has become a series with very little to say, none of it very audacious or compelling. Based on the three episodes, of eight, that HBO made available in advance, it is a strained attempt to make the closed circle of friends it follows, now in their early 20s, somehow the same only different.

    Cutting in, Bear continued: “We can confirm the baby is three months old. The doctor says it’s fit and healthy.”

    Stephen Bear, the former TV personality and convicted sex offender, looks set to become a dad after marrying an 18-year-old in Brazil last year.

    The 36-year-old from London spent 21 months behind bars after being found guilty of voyeruism and sharing 'revenge porn' against his ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison, who waived her anonymity in the trial.

    She has since gone on to be awarded an MBE for her campaigns tackling violence against women and girls and her work with the government on the Online Safety Act in 2023, while her former partner fled to Brazil and married someone 17 years his minor.

    Convicted sex offender and former TV personality Stephen Bear, 36, is set to become a dad, as his 19-year-old wife, Miami, is pregnant.

    Bear rose to fame on reality shows such as Shipwrecked (2011), Ex on the Beach (2015), and Celebrity Big Brother, winning the 2016 series.

    In January 2021, he was arrested for uploading private CCTV footage of himself having sex with his ex-girlfriend, Georgia Harrison, on his OnlyFans account.

    That May, Bear was charged with voyeurism, disclosing private, sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, and harassment without violence.

    The upcoming dinner party is set to be one for the books, with one bride pleading with producers to halt the episode from airing, claiming she was too intoxicated at the time of filming. 

    Married At First Sight's Brook Crompton has allegedly been begging producers behind the scenes to scrap an upcoming dinner party scene. 

    The reality TV bride, who revealed this week that she is engaged and pregnant with her pre-MAFS partner, is said to have complained about the fast-approaching episode, claiming that she was too intoxicated to be filmed at the time.

    The 27-year-old has further alleged that producers failed in their duty of care by allowing the shoot to take place, according to a well-placed insider.

    Married At First Sight stars spotted arriving at upcoming explosive Dinner Party as insiders warn of legal threats, bitter feuds and a cast revolt – as beloved couple show up separately

    Wednesday's Married At First Sight Dinner Party is billed as the most explosive yet, with tensions set to explode across the night.

    And in photos taken by Daily Mail, the body language of the show's controversial brides and grooms said it all as they arrived to film the episode. 

    The cast were seen stepping out of cars and making their way into the soirée ahead of what insiders describe as a 'make-or-break' night for the experiment.

    Bombshell bride Gia Fleur, 35, and her husband Scott McCristal, 33, appeared downcast as they arrived at the infamous Sydney MAFS warehouse. 

    Gia stunned in a strapless purple dress, while Scott looked dapper in a tailored suit, as they strolled hand-in-hand into the venue.

    ‘Heated Rivalry’ Review: HBO Max’s Horny Hockey Drama Is a Playful Gay Romance for Grown-Ups

    'Letterkenny' veteran Jacob Tierney wrote and directed the six-part series about a pair of rising hockey stars who fall into a steamy affair.

    Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin entered the NHL in 2005. Over 20 years, the Canadian star and his Russian counterpart have engaged in one of the great rivalries in all of sports. They’ve won titles and medals and scoring crowns, and they’re both still playing (with the same franchises that drafted them), having claimed positions among hockey’s all-time elite.

    But what if they were also having an intense, sweaty love affair? 

    That’s the veiled hypothetical at the heart of HBO Max and Crave‘s new six-part romantic drama, Heated Rivalry, based on the book by Rachel Reid and written and directed by Letterkenny veteran Jacob Tierney — though don’t go in expecting all that many direct similarities to Letterkenny. Heated Rivalry may have some comic elements, because blustery male bonding is often funny, but it’s a sincere, steamy love story for grown-ups — less The Cutting Edge and more Challengers, without the pesky “Zendaya” point of the triangle.
