    ‘Masters Of The Universe’ Teaser: MGM & Mattel Bring ’80s Toy Series To The Big Screen

    Here’s the first teaser trailer for Masters of the Universe, the live-action adventure movie based on the classic 1980s toy brand. 

    The film stars Nicholas Galitzine, Camila Mendes, Alison Brie, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson and Charlotte Riley alongside Kristen Wiig as the voice of Roboto, with Jared Leto and Idris Elba. 

    The film’s plot reads: After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam (Galitzine) back to Eternia, where he discovers his home shattered under the fiendish rule of Skeletor (Leto). To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with his closest allies, Teela (Mendes) and Duncan/Man-At-Arms (Elba), and embrace his true destiny as He-Man — the most powerful man in the universe.

All we can tell the rest of the world at this point is that Sony Pictures International Releasing will … internationally release … the He-Man movie in June. A teaser was posted on Tuesday.

    The trailer brings us the bored Adam Glenn (aka Prince Adam/He-Man — played by Nicholas Galitzine) wasting away in his corporate America cubicle. (His desk plate’s listed pronouns of He/Him is a fun nod to both modern society and, you know, He–Man.) That is, until somebody tracks down his sword. Things are about to get heavy on both Earth and Eternia.

    ‘Supergirl’ Teaser Trailer Photos: First Look At Milly Alcock In DC Studios Superhero Film

    DC Studios released a teaser for Supergirl ahead of the full trailer reveal on Thursday, December 11.

    Milly Alcock stars as Kara Zor-El in the superhero film following her cameo in 2025’s Superman.

    Supergirl is directed by Craig Gillespie and written by Ana Nogueira. It’s the second feature film from the James Gunn and Peter Safran era since their takeover of DC Studios.

    Set to premiere June 26, 2026, Supergirl stars Alcock in the titular role, co-starring with Matthias Schoenaerts as Krem of the Yellow Hills, Eve Ridley as Ruthye Marye Knoll, David Krumholtz as Zor-El, Emily Beecham as Alura In-Ze, and Jason Momoa as Lobo.

    Supergirl Poster: James Gunn Readies Fans for DCU Movie’s Trailer

    DC Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures’ Supergirl will be released in United States theaters and IMAX next summer. Directed by Craig Gillespie, the movie will see Milly Alcock reprise her role as Kara Zor-El/Supergirl. The character briefly appeared at the end of 2025’s Superman, which was directed by James Gunn.

    On Twitter, Gunn has shared a new poster for Supergirl, which comes with the tagline, “Truth. Justice. Whatever.” The poster is being unveiled ahead of the forthcoming Supergirl, which will be released this week.

    Supergirl is an adaptation of Tom King and Bilquis Evely’s Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow miniseries. The solicitation for the series’ first issue reads, “Kara Zor-El has seen some epic adventures over the years, but finds her life without meaning or purpose. Here she is, a young woman who saw her planet destroyed and was sent to Earth to protect a baby cousin who ended up not needing her. What was it all for? Wherever she goes, people only see her through the lens of Superman’s fame. Just when Supergirl thinks she’s had enough, everything changes. An alien girl seeks her out for a vicious mission. Her world has been destroyed, and the bad guys responsible are still out there. She wants revenge, and if Supergirl doesn’t help her, she’ll do it herself, whatever the cost. Now a Kryptonian, a dog, and an angry, heartbroken child head out into space on a journey that will shake them to their very core.”
