Today show host Sarah Abo has announced this morning she is expecting a baby boy with partner, Cyrus Moran.

“Yes, Cyrus and I are expecting a little baby. Very happy news…” she told her Today cast.

“It hasn’t been the easiest journey to get here, which a lot of people I know have gone through and will go through. And I know that a lot of our beautiful viewers out there will be feeling this right now as well, because it’s not as easy as you, I suppose, sometimes think that pregnancy will be. So it has been a bit of a bumpy ride, but here we are. And yes, it’s getting harder to hide as much as I’d like to bury my head in the sand and not address it, I think. We’re almost halfway now, so things are going well. So it’s good.”

Sarah Abo has shared an emotional personal update during Wednesday morning's live broadcast of the Today Show, leaving colleagues visibly thrilled.

Today host Sarah Abo has revealed she is expecting her first child with her husband of 13 years, Cyrus Moran.

The 39-year-old Channel Nine presenter shared the surprise news live on air during Wednesday morning's broadcast, telling viewers she is now approaching the halfway mark in her pregnancy.

"Cyrus and I are expecting a little baby," Abo announced, grinning ear-to-ear.

While clearly overjoyed, the television star said the road to motherhood had been far from straightforward.

"I know, it's obviously very happy news and everything, but it hasn't been the easiest journey to get here, which a lot of people I know have gone through and will go through."

LAFC took the lead after just three minutes from a Bouanga penalty and then simply ran away with it. Son teed up David Martinez to curl home the second with just 11 minutes on the clock before making it 3-0 from the penalty spot himself 10 minutes later. The South Korea international was too hot for Real Espana and did well to lay the ball off for Bounga to grab his second of the game by poking home from inside the penalty area for LAFC's fourth. Son made it a hat-trick of assists before half-time by putting the ball on a plate for Timothy Tillman to flick home from close range just before the break. Real Espana did pull one back in the second half, but Bouanga finished off the scoring in the 71st minute to complete a 6-1 win and take home the match ball.
