The one-sided game did allow the Warriors to unveil their latest signing, with two-way contracted wing Nate Williams seeing his first minutes with the franchise during the third-quarter.

After dropping 26 points and five assists in Friday's G League outing for Santa Cruz, Williams wound up playing nearly 15 minutes in his first NBA game with Golden State after signing with the franchise coming out of the All-Star break.

Williams had a couple of point-blank layups at the rim in the second-half, while also drilling a corner 3-pointer to finish with seven points, one rebound and two assists on 3-of-5 shooting from the floor in the 28-point loss.

Nate Williams News: Productive in G League

Williams delivered 26 points (12-21 FG, 2-7 3Pt), five assists, one rebound and one steal over 36 minutes in Friday's 130-126 G League loss to the San Diego Clippers.

Williams was the G League Warriors' leading scorer and finished second in points among all players in the contest. Despite serving under a two-way contract with the Warriors since Feb. 16, the versatile player has yet to play at the NBA level in the 2025-26 regular season. He has logged over 35 minutes in two straight G League starts.

The unique way Olivia Colman settled Aud Mason-Hyde’s on-set nerves

Actor Aud Mason-Hyde is no stranger to the film industry, (director Sophie Hyde and cinematographer/editor Bryan Mason are their parents, and they have acted in several Australian films), but before shooting their latest – their biggest to date – there were some serious nerves.

In Jimpa, they star alongside some big-hitters: Oscar winner Olivia Colman and stage and screen legend John Lithgow.

“I was shitting myself,” Mason-Hyde says when we talk on Zoom from Sydney where they’re performing in Virginia Gay’s theatre production Mama does Derby.

“Huge names – I was totally pissing my pants! Olivia came to Adelaide to do a week of rehearsal and I remember just pacing around the rehearsal room like, ‘Oh my god, she’s about to walk in. What am I gonna say? It’s Olivia Colman! Am I wearing the right thing? Am I a good enough actor to be here?’ Total imposter syndrome and all this … internal monologue.”
