As revealed by The Canberra Times last month, the Raiders confirmed Josiah Pahulu will join the Green Machine on a one-year deal.
He'll bolster Canberra's pack after the retirement of Josh Papali'i and the departures of Corey Horsburgh and Morgan Smithies to the Perth Bears.
Pahulu's backed himself to succeed at the Raiders given he's contracted just for the 2027 NRL season.
Raiders confirm signing of Storm forward
The Canberra Raiders have confirmed they have signed Melbourne Storm forward Josiah Pahulu to a one-year deal for the 2027 season.
Pahulu was in the final year of his deal with the Storm; however, the club wanted to buy out the forward as soon as possible.
According to ESPN in October, Pahulu wanted to make the move to Canberra to play more first grade.
The New Zealand-born forward joined the Titans in 2023, working his way through the pathways, playing for the Burleigh Bears before playing 22 first-grade games for the club.
The front rower left the Gold Coast Titans during the 2025 season to head to Melbourne, months after a contract dispute that left Pahulu furious at the time.

Raiders sign Josiah Pahulu on one-year deal
The Toyota Forklifts Canberra Raiders have signed front-rower Josiah Pahulu on a one-year deal.
Pahulu joins the club, having played 23 NRL games for both the Melbourne Storm and Gold Coast Titans.
Josiah made his NRL debut in Round 5, 2024 and was named the Titans' Rookie of the Year.
The 22-year-old prop has showed promise in his early NRL career and will bring strong depth to the Raiders squad.
Raiders NRL Recruitment Manager Chris Hutchison said Pahulu would be a great addition to the team and is excited to see him join the club for the start of pre-season.
“Josiah is an explosive young forward, and we’re excited to see what he can bring to the Canberra Raiders,” Hutchison said.
