Final teams in for Lions v Crows at the Gabba. LIVE from 3.15pm AEST

ST KILDA gets a chance for a much-needed win when it welcomes West Coast to Marvel Stadium on Sunday.

The Saints (2-4) are perhaps the hardest side in the competition to nail down as a pair of spirited defeats to Brisbane and most recently Adelaide sit alongside less than convincing victories over Greater Western Sydney and Port Adelaide in the past month.

Signs of improvement are shining through, but the Saints need to make hay while facing the Eagles, Blues and Tigers over the next four weeks.

Veteran defender Dougal Howard has been recalled for his second senior match this year, with the versatile Anthony Caminiti joining him, the pair replacing Hugh Boxshall (omitted) and Liam Stocker (injured).

AFL Team Selection: Round Seven v Brisbane

Adelaide has made two changes for its ANZAC Appeal Round match against Brisbane at the Gabba on Sunday afternoon.

Captain Jordan Dawson will return to the team, while ruck/forward Toby Murray has also been named.

“It is great to have Jordan back, he is such an inspiration to us all, on and off the field," Executive General Manager Football Adam Kelly said.

“What he and his family are enduring is so tragic, and we hope that being around his mates out on the field provides some respite.

“He gives so much of himself to the team and the Club, and now is a time that we give back to him and his family by way of love and support."

In the gun: Can explosive Lion have 'the game'?

David King has put one of the reigning premiers’ star players in the gun ahead of the Lions’ clash with Adelaide.

A huge game between two finals contenders, both sides have faced stuttered starts to the AFL season, winning just three of their first six games to sit on the outer of the 10.

Brisbane – entering off the back of a surprising two-point loss to Melbourne – play hosts in a hugely important game, and King has his sights set on the club’s barometer.

“It hurts me to put one of our own in the gun,” King told SEN Fireball.

“I think Cam Rayner needs a game. I think Cam needs a game.
