David Walliams’s books pulled by publisher
The publisher dropped the children's author last year after a Telegraph investigation revealed allegations of inappropriate behaviour towards young women.
HarperCollins had maintained his catalogue of previous titles. However, it has now dropped Walliams's entire backlist.
He was previously one of Britain's most successful authors, with more than 40 books and short story collections, and had sold more than 60 million copies.
It was estimated in 2019 that he and HarperCollins had sold £100m worth of books.
Dropping his backlist means that the publisher will no longer sell or reprint his titles, which include Gangsta Granny and The Boy in the Dress.
