Margo’s Got Money Troubles: Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer ace this taboo OnlyFans comedy

Fanning is a young single mother who makes adult content in this hilarious series. It is smart, sexy and bold – and Pfeiffer is unmissable as her ex-Hooters-waitress mother

I promise, it’s the title that drew me in. Margo’s Got Money Troubles is a new Apple TV show (out Wednesday), starring Elle Fanning as a single mum who becomes an OnlyFans model. It joins a niche canon of similarly blunt titles about generic obstacles. To wit: Fleishman Is in Trouble; Big Trouble in Little China. Margo’s Got Money Troubles is better, though. Check out the assonance, the rhythm. It has great mouthfeel, to borrow a word from food reviewing, one I instantly regret.

Interview: Nick Offerman and Thaddea Graham on Margo's Got Money Troubles and exploring the performative nature of existence

From David E. Kelley, the multi-Emmy Award-winning creator behind some of television’s most compelling character dramas, comes Margo’s Got Money Troubles – a sharp, funny and deeply human series anchored by a powerhouse cast including Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicole Kidman and Nick Offerman. Based on Rufi Thorpe’s bestselling novel, the show follows Margo, a struggling young mother navigating financial instability, online identity, and the complicated legacy of her unconventional parents.

But beneath its chaotic, often hilarious surface, the series taps into something more resonant: the idea that life itself is a kind of performance. Whether it’s the personas we adopt online, the roles we play as parents, or even the masks we wear in everyday interactions, Margo’s Got Money Troubles suggests that identity is constantly in flux – shaped as much by survival as it is by self-expression.

PGA Tour 2026 money list: Jacob Bridgeman leads, Nico Echavarria climbs

The season-long race to see which players can earn the most cash on the PGA Tour is off and running. With more than $400 million in combined purses up for grabs in 2026, there's plenty of money to go around.

Scottie Scheffler concluded the 2025 season by leading the Tour with $27.7 million in winnings, followed by Tommy Fleetwood ($18.5 million) and Rory McIlroy ($17 million).

With a win at the Cognizant Classic of the Palm Beaches, Nico Echavarria jumped into the top 10 of this season's money list. With his victory, Echavarria took home $1.728 million and earns a spot in the 2026 Masters.

Here's a look at where the top pros stand on the season money list as of March 03, 2026.

Jacob Bridgeman atop PGA Tour money list despite Nico Echavarria's victory

Jacob Bridgeman's lead on the PGA Tour money list was going to be safe this week at the Cognizant Classic, no matter what happened.

But Nico Echavarria's third victory and first on an event that wasn't opposite a Signature tournament gave him quite the bump.

Bridgeman, who has won more than $5 million this season, will have a tougher job holding his lead at this week's Arnold Palmer Invitational, at the Bay Hill Club and Lodge in Orlando. It's a Signature Event, so the big guns on Tour are all playing, including second-place Collin Morikawa, who trails Bridgeman by $991,0488. A top-five finish at Bay Hill, which carries a $20 million purse and $4 million for the winner, would do the trick if Bridgeman finishes well below that.

Olympics ‘money pot’ attracted Victorian underworld to Qld, inquiry suspects

Senior Counsel Assisting Patrick Wheelahan KC and Commissioner Stuart Wood allege the M1 Traffic Control Qld Pty Ltd company uses "dummy directors" to hide its true ownership. (ABC News)

A south-east Queensland business is suspected by Queensland's CFMEU inquiry of having ties to Victorian underworld figure Mick Gatto.

Commissioner Stuart Wood and Senior Counsel Assisting Patrick Wheelahan KC called journalists to a depot used by M1 Traffic Control QLD Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast to air their allegations and appeal for further information.

The Gold Coast business is an expansion of the Victorian M Group, which was dressed down in anti-corruption barrister Geoffrey Watson SC's landmark report last year for its "crude" attempts to hide links to Mr Gatto.

A Victorian industrial watchdog is moving to shut down the operations of a major labour hire firm closely linked to gangland figure Mick Gatto which has won lucrative contracts across the state’s $100 billion Big Build scheme.

Victoria’s Labour Hire Authority confirmed on Wednesday that it had taken steps to issue a notice to a subsidiary of the M Group flagging its intention to cancel the firm’s labor hire licence.

M Group supplies labour hire and traffic management workers across major Victorian sites including several taxpayer-funded projects, and the cancellation of the licence of one of the company’s subsidiaries could trigger cancellation of the licences of other entities in the group.

Gatto-linked firm approved for Victoria water contracts

A Queensland inquiry into the CFMEU has launched an investigation into an allegedly Mick Gatto-linked traffic and labour hire company, which is working on Victoria’s Big Build, was an approved contractor for state water projects and recently set up offices on the Gold Coast.

Commissioner Stuart Wood, KC, and counsel assisting Patrick Wheelahan, KC, took the unusual step of holding a press conference on Wednesday outside M1 Traffic Control Queensland’s Gold Coast address, where they called for people to come forward with information on the firm, saying it had “similar features” to Victorian-based M Group which an earlier investigation found was linked to Gatto.
