    The Confessional with Jamie Durie

When Jamie Durie isn't landscaping, designing furniture or filming multiple TV shows, you'd think he'd relax by enjoying a great Australian past-time.

But Jamie took time out from building his own 3D-printed house to confess something to Sharnelle and Bob.

"I feel quite ashamed at this. I'm feeling quite un-Australian about it all."

Jamie Durie’s Future House: Dec 2

Jamie & Ameka – Nature Takes Shape
Jamie’s futuristic vision finally comes to life—or so he hopes. Using virtual reality, he takes a first walk through his 3D-printed concrete home, seeing for the first time how his design merges architecture and nature. But when the team runs the first real-world print test, things don’t quite go to plan. Back on the farm, pressure mounts as cows devour Jamie’s new fruit trees and DA delays leaves Jamie’s dream home grounded before it’s even begun.

Michael & Helen – Two Homes, One Vision
In the Blue Mountains, the Fox family’s modular home build gets off to a flying start. Separating but still planning to live side-by-side, Michael and Helen work through the challenges of building two homes while keeping life steady for their daughter. Despite their ability to let their personality shine in their own house, they amazingly choose the exact same in their flooring and benchtop discussions — proof that the more things change, the more they stay the same.

Mary Fowler has revealed she experienced racism from a teammate during her time with French club Montpellier.

Fowler said she and Dutch teammate Ashleigh Weerden were given bananas instead of flowers at a presentation for departing players in 2022.

The 22-year old also lived with depression and self-harm and considered retirement during her two-year stint with the club.

Matildas star Mary Fowler has outlined the racism she experienced while playing for French club Montpellier, in her new memoir Bloom.

Fowler joined the French club in 2020 as a 17-year-old and left for Manchester City two years later, and in her book details how she and her friend Ashleigh Weerden were treated after their final home game for the club.

Matildas coach Joe Montemurro has hailed Mary Fowler as "courageous" and "amazing" for going public with the alleged racism she received playing for Montpellier.

It comes as the French club disputes claims made in Fowler's book 'Bloom' that she was given bananas by a Montpellier teammate as a farewell gift.

Fowler wrote that she and Dutch teammate Ashleigh Weerden were left out of a presentation for departing players, who were given flowers after the final home game of the 2021/2022 season.

Robin Smith, former England cricketer, dies aged 62

The former England cricketer Robin Smith has died at the age of 62, with his family and former county Hampshire saying they were devastated by his loss.

Smith played 62 Tests and 71 one-day internationals for England between 1988 and 1996 and was a resolute middle-order bulwark for the side during often difficult times for the team. He particularly excelled against pace, making his highest Test score of 175 against the fearsome West Indies attack at Antigua in 1994.

He made 4,236 Test runs overall at an average of 43.67, including nine centuries.

The Durban-born Smith, known as “The Judge”, also captained Hampshire from 1998 to 2002, having helped them win the Benson & Hedges Cup in 1988 and 1992, and the NatWest Trophy in 1991.

'A fearless hero for hapless England' – Robin Smith obituary

Robin Smith, who has died at the age of 62, was one of the finest players of fast bowling during an era when the England team were often viewed as a national joke.

Smith, moustache bristling, bravely taking on the terrifying West Indies pace attack or battling it out against the unrelenting Australians, was a familiar sight for England supporters for nearly a decade.

His signature shot, an immensely powerful square cut, made him a feared opponent and earned him admirers around the world.

Loyal to his friends as well as being respected by his opponents, his biggest battles ultimately came after retirement, and his off-field struggles with mental health and alcoholism were laid bare in his later years.

Grace Hayden cut a stunning figure on Sydney's famous Bronte Beach as she lapped up the sunshine and embraced her partner Wilson Statham on Sunday.

The 23-year-old and her boyfriend, who is the heir to the Sundown Pastoral cotton empire, looked completely smitten as they embraced and held hands in and out of the water at the scenic spot in the city's eastern suburbs.

Hayden – the daughter of Aussie cricket legend Matthew Hayden – flaunted her famous curves in a barely there blue bikini.

She teamed that with a simple silver necklace, matching bangles and a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses.

The couple held hands on the sand before venturing into the water, where they canoodled in the surf.

MILAN — Prada Group on Tuesday officially took control of Versace, which, despite its global recognition, powerful place in pop culture and clear aesthetic signature, has never had business success to match the strength of its brand.

With the €1.25 billion ($1.44 billion) acquisition, which cleared final regulatory hurdles, Prada adds one of Italy’s most glamorous but troubled fashion houses to its portfolio: Versace has been listless under Capri Holdings, which paid €1.83 billion for the house in 2018.

'Avatar: Fire and Ash' First Reactions Praise James Cameron Sequel

James Cameron‘s “Avatar: Fire and Ash” has finally been unveiled to members of the film press ahead of its theatrical rollout later this month, and journalists are calling the third trip to Pandora an “ultimate cinematic spectacle” that pushes “visuals and emotion to new heights.”

Film critic Courtney Howard praised “Fire and Ash” on X, writing that it reminds us what “movie theaters were built for.”

“3 films in, James Cameron still has the sauce, making the epic spectacular feel emotionally impactful,” Howard wrote. “A glorious saga. Bold, brilliant & awesome in every way, this is what movie theaters were built for.”

'Avatar: Fire & Ash' World Premiere Gallery

Los Angeles hosted the world premiere of Avatar: Fire and Ash, the highly-anticipated third installment of the 2009 box office hit movie Avatar, directed by James Cameron.

Cameron was joined by the stars of the film, Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña and Sigourney Weaver, and many more who all walked the carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

Avatar: Fire and Ash takes the saga to a harsher biome of Pandora by introducing the Ash People, or Mangkwan clan, a fire-based Na’vi tribe living in a volcanic land. This film is set to challenge the clear moral lines of the franchise, as the Ash People are led by the aggressive Varang and reportedly ally with Colonel Quaritch’s human forces, creating an unprecedented Na’vi-on-Na’vi conflict. As Jake Sully and Neytiri grapple with their immense grief over Neteyam’s death, they must face a more complex and deadly war that will blur the definitions of ‘good’ and ‘evil’ among both humans and the Na’vi.
