After years of speculation, beloved Australian band Powderfinger have confirmed that next year, 17 years after they last exited the live arena, the iconic act will reform for a major national run of tour dates, landing in Brisbane, Cairns, Perth, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne, across September and October 2027.
Bernard Fanning, Darren Middleton, Ian Haug, Jon Coghill and John ‘JC’ Collins – together as Powderfinger – created seven studio albums and a catalogue of music that has become ingrained in Australian cultural lore.
